Cozy apartment : Great and cozy apartment in a nice neighborhood. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and overall it felt very pleasant and well-equipped. The only downside is that it’s located on the ground floor, so it can be a bit noisy due to people and traffic outside. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Very good place, super clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is safe and calm, the metro station is near and a lot of shops are just in the corner. Guestready were very reactive and pleasant. I really recommend this place and i will rebook it for sure.

Positive: Muy bien ubicado a dos cuadras del metro. Súper limpio, cómodo, tenía todo. Volvería mil v

: Great location, just two blocks from the underground. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d go back in a heartbeat. The room’s thermostats were covered with tape. At times we were too hot and at times too cold, as they’d been set in advance. Anyway, we removed the tape and set it manually; apart from that, nothing to complain about.

Paris is the place for me The property is located in a quiet area. Ground floor. The property was equipped with all the necessary appliances, which were more than sufficient for our stay. Nearby there is a metro station, train station, bus stops, Lidl and several grocery stores, as well as a bakery. Easy access to many places in Paris. The flat is warm, with the possibility of adjusting the temperature yourself. Good value for money in terms of the flat's furnishings. The flat should be renovated and refreshed in terms of furnishings, i.e. kitchen items and living room furnishings, replacing older items with newer ones.

A great stay: The flat is in a great location, everything was spotless, and they left us a cleaning kit so we didn't have to buy anything extra. The host even provided shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The heating was much appreciated. And the great thing is that they respond at any time, whether it's 3 pm or 2 am, either by message or phone call. It's perfect for two people, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than that. The underground was very close and connected to all the places worth seeing in Paris, and the supermarkets are also nearby. It was a nightmare trying to get the keys. They were in a device that required a code, which when you typed it in, didn't open. We had to contact the people who ran the flat in English, because even though they gave you the option of speaking to an agent in Spanish during the call, they then told you that they didn't speak Spanish. On the other hand, the shower... it does its job, but water leaks out everywhere. The oven worked great until we wanted to turn it off. We set it to zero and it wouldn't turn off, it kept heating up and we had to turn it off from the automatic switch.
