Ideally located in one of the loveliest streets in Paris with its 18th century mansions. Walk or stroll to 10minutes the Musée d'Orsay or 20minutes to le Louvre, while looking at the most beautiful fashion boutiques, eating some of the best pastries in the world, crossing the Seine, without forgetting to stop for a coffee croissant on the corner of the street.
The Metro: Sèvres Babylone is 50 meters away, like the Velib station. also served by numerous buses.

Perfect for a quiet, comfy stay in Paris. Centrally located, it's close to everything you would ever want, including restaurants, shopping, and great tourist sites. The suite was very clean, and had all you needed to make some small meals at home. Julie was incredibly sweet and helped me find what I was looking for, and answered all questions promptly. Location is incredibly secure and safe, cozy and sweet! I would absolutely stay here again.

This property was very convenient for walking to many places like the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens, the D'Orsay Museum, and many others. It was also conveniently close to great shopping, restaurants and the Metro. Overall, we were out and about so much that we spent little time in the property. The amenities were perfectly adequate for our needs.

we had everything we needed for 6 days in Paris. The sofa bed was comfortable; the apartment was quiet; there was a place for just about everything in a very small area. It was smaller than I expected but location was great; good communication with host; and easy access were all pluses. we'd stay again.

Great Location, Very Convenient.

This is a great little studio for one person or a couple. The location is fantastic in the 7er next to the 6er. In and out access is great. The studio is small and on the ground floor but it is clean with a nice bathroom and complete kitchen. I stayed there for over a week and really enjoyed exploring the area and the convenience of having my own place. The host was excellent and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. I recommend it for a single person or couple who want to stay in a nice area at a reasonable price and don’t mind a small space and a little street noise from being on the ground floor. I would easily stay there again.

Everything was about the studio was great. The Internet wasn’t very good and I got mixed up a little on meeting up with Julie, but that was on me. Had been traveling for over 24 hrs and no sleep, so I was a litttle mixed up. Julie was very nice and helpful. Nice place.

Perfect Paris location

You have to remember that it is a studio and not a complete apartment. My granddaughter and I shared the sofa bed. The kitchen was perfect for making sandwiches and/or using the microwave. There is a hot stove too but we did not use it. It is not conducive to making a large meal. We were happy to have the bathroom in the apartment and not have to go down a hall in the middle of the night. Any noise coming from doors opening were muffled by the use of earplugs. You cannot beat the location!!! The 6th arrondissement borders on the very posh 7th arrondissement. It is a 15 minute walk to Musée d’Orsay and 45 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The metro and bus stops are a one minute walk away. If you are not planning on staying in the studio for great lengths of time (we only crashed here after wandering the streets of Paris all day), it is worth being in the centre of the city!!

Perfect for a duo traveling in Paris. The location is perfect, the space has all the amenities you'd need, and the owners were extremely helpful. However, the no AC was tough for the hotter days so if you're someone who needs a cool space it might be tough. Regardless, I loved it and would stay here again!

Absolute best trip ever!

First off, I went to Paris for the first time with my sister for my 50th Bday. This place fit our budget and was exactly as described. Everything and more you need in the best location! Close to everything, cozy studio with a good size bathroom. Tons of storage. We ate out (local Cojean, wine store, restaurants convenient store shopping etc…) because we are visiting the best food in the world! Theresa was amazing and we felt 100%+ safe and comfortable. We will 100% be back and stay here again, and again… :) so happy ❤️🇫🇷

Mehr Tiefparterre als Erdgeschoss dierkt an Tiefgargageneinfahrt

Die Tage waren sehr anstrengend für uns. Das kleine Studio hatte nur ein Fenster zur Straße in Hüfthöhe, die Metalljalousie war aber innen angebracht, was ein lüften sehr erschwerte. Es war immer nur möglich, beides einen 20 cm Spalt zu öffnen. Ansonsten hatte man Menschen- oder Hundeköpfe im Fenster. Nachts und am Tage musste alles wegen Einbruchsgefahr komplett geschlossen sein. Das führte nachts schon zu Luftnot, woran auch der Deckenventilator nicht viel änderte. Kochen war prakt. nicht möglich, da der Geruch ewig geblieben wäre. Trotz geschlossenem Fenster und Jalousie war es laut, auch durch die Tiefgarage. Für ein WE vielleicht noch okay, aber nicht länger. Das Beste am Studio ist die günstige Lage.

Es tut mir leid, dass das Studio Sie nicht zufrieden gestellt hat und Ihnen keinen angenehmen Aufenthalt beschert hat. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich einen so negativen Kommentar erhalten habe und ich bedauere dies, da alle Mieter normalerweise zufrieden sind, wie die Bewertungen zeigen! Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist sehr klar, was die Lage im Erdgeschoss zur Straße und die Größe betrifft. Die Straße ist jedoch ruhig und sicher, da die Universität Science Po von Polizisten bewacht wird. Ich entschuldige mich nochmals und wünsche Ihnen einen besseren Aufenthalt in Paris :)

Perfect hideaway for a solo traveler

On a quiet street in a bustling neighborhood, outside the most heavily touristed areas but still an easy walk to the river, the Louvre, etc. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great area and a perfect place to stay at in Paris

Great area!! So close by foot to everything and especially the two metro stations nearby. Thérèse was extremely welcoming and kind, such a cool person! Fantastic Location

The hosts were extremely friendly and detail oriented. the studio is small, good for 1-2 people, but it is highly functional, well organized, and clean. They provided everything that I needed and were extremely responsive. They also provided excellent recommendations for local shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
