The unit is equipped with 1 King size bed and 1 full size bed, sleep sofa, stove, washer/dryer, blender, LCD tv, linen, towels, etc. This unit is positioned at an angle, resulting in a greater distance between this unit and the building next door and thereby providing greater privacy.

Great location

We’ve been coming to St Kitts for years and wanted to extend our time on the island. We love Frigate Bay and the convenience of restaurants and location. We also know many people love this property so we decided to try it. We are newer to vacation rentals so some disappointment may be obvious lack of planning, for example the unit did not have facialTissue, dish soap, laundry detergent or hair dryer. All remedied by a trip to Rams but I wasn’t thinking to pack these items. The pillows were foam and scented, also not expected. We knew about the spiral staircase but were not prepared for how much we didn’t like it. The unit had everything else you would need but is dated. The furnishings are a little big and it would be tight to accommodate more than the two of us. Joyce, the host is amazing.
