Villa of more than 230m² fully air-conditioned with an undeniable charm including 5 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms you can easily stay up to 10 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful welcoming living space, a dining area, a fully equipped and functional open kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator...) with a beautiful and large terrace.
The sleeping area is composed of three comfortable bedrooms with cupboards, the first with a double bed of 160x200 with its shower room and private bath. The second and third bedrooms have 140x190 double beds and share a shower room.

On the ground floor, two bedrooms await you with wardrobes, a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 and the second with a double bed of 140x190. Two of the bedrooms share a spacious shower room.

The exterior of the villa is just as incredible with its summer kitchen including plancha, sink, refrigerator overlooking a magnificent 10mx4 mirror swimming pool.

You can relax or have an aperitif on its terraces and its two levels which offer many possibilities.

Parking in the property is at your disposal throughout your stay.

A ping pong table is available in the accommodation for the pleasure of young and old! CLEANING FEE OF 300€ MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (this fee covers the cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as the household linen cleaned by a dry cleaner, so that you arrive in a clean place is disinfected)

Linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless prior reservation at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat per shower room
- 2 tea towels

--> Notify us in case of Damage or Breakage.

--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbours and the noise level in the evening and in the morning.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you to:

--> Empty all the Rubbish Containers in the Accommodation before your Departure.

--> Gather all Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them to a normal state of use).

--> Replace Items and Furniture Moved During Your Stay to their Original Place.

--> Clean and Store Dishes and Empty the Dishwasher.

--> Clean Appliances (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, plancha ...).

--> Make the Sanitary Facilities Clean.

--> Throw away or Take all the Food Opened
In the event that the accommodation is made dirty we charge you the following rate: 250€ on departure from the premises in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.

In case of loss of the keys and beeps given, the breakage of a key/beep or the lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be borne by the traveller.

Parties are forbidden in the accommodation for the respect of the neighbors.

Pets are not allowed

Non-smoking accommodation inside but allowed in the garden on the condition that you throw your cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
