The Dolphin Apartment is one of two apartments in the Beach House located at 8106 Gulf Drive. If looking for a different length of stay than what’s advertised, just reach out and we can look at your desired dates. Once inside, the Beach House feel will surround you with an open floor plan, lively colors, and wood floors. This two-bedroom, two-bath home features upgraded kitchens and bathrooms for a comfortable stay. Beautiful deck around the house allows you to relax comfortably on the tropical, airy feeling deck which is equipped with comfortable furniture. There is a grill in the backyard for your grilling pleasure. In addition, beach chairs are provided for a relaxing day at the beach and an outdoor shower will help rinse away the wonderful soft sand you may bring back from the beach. This house is located on the north end of the island with easy access to the free trolley that runs daily along the island and is also within walking or biking distance of several island shops. Covered parking is also available providing plenty of shade for your car. Relax and let the sunsets begin! Pets are not allowed in this home. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Beach House is in walking distance to the beach, has a private nearby Kayak launch and is across the street from the Island Trolley Stop. Each unit in this newly renovated house features modern kitchen, living area, master bedroom with bathroom and 2nd bedroom with 2nd bathroom. The natural light travels throughout the open living area to appreciate the beach breeze with modern finishes. Both units include a dedicated laundry room on the ground level. This past week’s vacation has been the most relaxed one we have ever taken. Property was clean and close to the beach. Highly recommend and hope to return again one day.
We enjoyed our stay in the Dolphin on Anna Maria. Excellent communication from the owners. Great walking distance beach and close to shopping & restaurants.
Location to beach is five star! We also walked with ease to Pine Street and other neighborhood small business locations. Everything we needed for the beach was available, the kitchen and bathrooms well supplied. Lynda is available and responsive should visitors to AMI need help with anything during their stay.
This house was perfect! Very clean and cute…had the perfect balcony to sit and relax. Conveniently located near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Property owners were super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!!
Enjoyed our stay at this nicely renovated duplex. Location was really nice for beach access and Pine Street which were a short walk or bike away. As with other reviews, there is some traffic noise, but otherwise a great stay!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters. The location was perfect as it was an easy walk to Pine Street (less than a mile) where several shops and restaurants are. It was also an easy walk to the beach and the cart available made it easier to transport our beach items. It was also very clean and recently updated. Would love to come back!

This perfectly appointed, charming home allowed for the ultimate relaxation. Easy beach access, centrally located to all this special island has to offer. The home is fresh, light and beautifully decorated. We'll be returning customers without a doubt!
We have stayed on AMI for 12 years as a family and this year our crew was much smaller. My daughter and I enjoyed this quaint unit for the ease to the beach and accessing all things AMI. It was a perfect location for enjoying the island 4th of July parade.
This is a darling little new h cottage with everything you need in a great location on AMI.
It’s a convenient walk to all the shopping and restaurants on AMI, with easy access to the beach. The owners were always in communication and provided plenty of information about the island as well as laundry facilities and beach chairs, umbrellas and anything you would need. The kitchen has everything you will need and beds are very comfortable.
The Dolphin house was a perfect rental home for our introduction to AMI. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Beautifully decorated with nicely organized amenities, we quickly settled in. Despite being located on a busier road, we found the home quiet while inside and secure. The short walk to the residential beach and availability of beach accessories was great. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
We escaped a little of the midwest winter/cold for some sunshine and white sand beach. The dolphin was clean, updated, everything was in working order. We had everything we needed for the beach— chairs, umbrellas, towels . Host was very responsive with suggestions on places to go and restaurants. Gave great advice about putting our name in early at some of the places.
Martin & Lynda Took care of any of our concerns immediately, bringing us some containers for leftovers and a pizza cutter.
They also fixed a shower door that had moved off its track.
There were plenty of kitchen utensils , beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys…

Wonderful property in a refreshingly quaint beach town. Beautifully maintained and clean property with all the items 2 parents and 2 daughters (18, 20) needed to make family memories. AC worked great on very hot days, and location was nice and quiet. Easy walk or trolley ride to quaint shops, fantastic restaurants, and eateries. We decided after staying here that this is the side of AMI to stay on -- closer to the "downtown" and away from the public beaches. Walk to the beach was easy (especially with the new wagon), and chairs/umbrellas were just what we needed. Walked the beach in the AM for sunrise, baked in the sun, watched the sunset from local restaurants, and even strolled the beach at night. We leaned into the tourist thing as well and did a nighttime "glass bottom" kayak (with the LED lights) tour, and dolphin/sunset cruise. Great memories from a family that will DEFINITELY be back. The house was a home run, and the owners were responsive to any question and request!
We had a wonderful time on AMI. Our original purpose for traveling was to attend spring training games, but with the lockout, we had to find other activities. The property was in a great location and we used the trolley to access both ends of the island. Gulf Drive was somewhat noisy, but it never impacted our sleeping hours. We had our 2 kids with us so utilized the kitchen for 1-2 meals per day. It could use a few more basic supplies (cutting boards, Tupperware). The living room area was small for the few evenings we decided to stay in and relax, but we made it work. We loved the short walk to the beach and the wagon to get all our things down there. Quick replies from the owners as well as the property manager when we had a question or 2. Overall would recommend this property without hesitation.

I'm giving the property all fives. The house had pretty much everything we needed for our family of 4 (2 kids ages 7 and 4). We used the kitchen for almost every meal--only dining out three times in 7 days. A baking pan and larger cutting board would be useful additions to the kitchen but there was nothing else lacking. The property as a whole was clean. Towels and sheets were very fresh. Perhaps the bed spreads could be done away with. Normally my wife is scrubbing down any property we stay at (from floor to ceiling) with a strong disinfectant upon our arrival...even the nicest five star hotels. I didn't witness much of this behavior on our trip which leads me to believe that the place is well kept. I only needed to speak to the owners one time regarding use of the golf cart. They were easy to reach and very accommodating. The location is a 2 minute walk to a very nice and quiet stretch of beach. There were plenty of beach supplies including toys and boogie boards for the kids.
