This is a wonderful little place to stay walking distance to tons of food and shops.
The information does say that the driveway is straight up and it is but there’s parking on the street.
Property worked well for us and our two small children. Easy location. Driveway and untidy house next door were a challenge, but easily worth the kid-friendly interior.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The location is great and close to walkable attractions like Coolidge Park, the Walnut Street Bridge and Frazier Avenue shops and restaurants. Great place to gather for family gathering.
The owner was very friendly and helpful.
This place is cute and cozy. It felt like a home away from home. The host does an amazing job making sure the home is stocked with any and everything you may need. Plenty of local places within walking distance and Chattanooga attractions are a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in town!
We've stayed at many vacation rentals and you can tell this one is managed by people who understand what's needed. Well stocked kitchen, box fans in rooms, high-chair, pack-n-play and generally clean. Excellent use of label maker throughout and good wifi. Location is walkable to many shops & restaurants, but is clearly a neighborhood in transition. There's new construction and rehabs all around and several houses (including the one next door) that are rough/hoarders. If you're sensitive to smells this house was flipped from an old cat lady and the smell hit me immediately, despite the air purifier running in the entry the smell was throughout. They probably didn't pull out the sub-floor during reno which is the only way to get rid of that ammonia cat pee smell. My husband and daughter were not as bothered as I was, we kept the windows open as much as possible for fresh air.
Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Check-in/out was seamless. Cute property with just the amount of space we needed. It was a very clean property, but had several differently scented airfresheners that gave me quite headache upon arrival. Still a great spot for a cozy getaway. Oh, and fantastic location!
