The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, ski room, and hot tub under covered deck with natural gas BBQ – The upper floor includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and laundry.

There is a strict no pets and no smoking policy at this property.

Maximum 2 vehicles due to limited parking.

There is an additional $350 Fee for cleaning on top of your stay.

Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Guest must be 25+ in order to rent.

Please Note: Minimum of five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period. Otherwise 4 night minimum.
