You will love staying in this beautiful, newly renovated, clean & spacious 1100 sq. ft. cottage. Centrally located on East Boulder/Louisville line the property is only a few minutes into Boulder and downtown Louisville, it is close to outdoor activities, CU, great views, and dining. A perfect retreat for up to 5 guests, the cottage has a large master bedroom w/ king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, new front loader washer/dryer, large private covered patio & fenced grassy yard in a peaceful, country setting. Additionally, there are several bikes/helmets available for our guests during their stay.

A great property close to many activities!

The cottage on the owner's property was a great place. Half our family stayed the first week while my son attended grad school and we joined the second week. Plenty of privacy and space for the dogs. Very easy to access, plenty of parking, everything we needed for our stay was there. fornour stay

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Everything we needed was provided by the owner. We actually did not need to chat with them during our stay because truly everything was made available at the cottage. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is as advertised and a great spot for couples and families, especially if you are traveling with a dog.

We had a great stay. Devon was always quick to respond to any questions I had. There was a snow storm during our stay and Devon and Patrick were so helpful making sure we were able to make it home safely. The property is perfect for bringing your fur babies as well. Best weekend ever!

This property was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. My now husband and I came out to Boulder to get married in the mountains with our dog, and this stay made it the perfect weekend. Incredible hospitality, very clean and cozy, beautiful back yard space, etc. The host was very kind and easy to reach. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! :)
