I was disappointed with my stay here.
Our train arrived late (9:30pm) and we were able to self check in (much appreciated).
To my alarm, the oven was filled with broken glass and broken glass on the floor. There was a vacuum and sweeper left out in the living room as if the housekeeper quit in the middle of the job. We found a large (golf ball size) clot of hair blocking the shower drain as well. It was after hours and too late contact the local property manager. I contacted the rental management by email around 3am because I really didn't want to be charged for damage that I didn't do. I wondered the whole time if I was being scammed.
In the morning I tried to call the local manager (to no avail) and emailed her. I never received any response.
The location was good. I had a place to sleep for 3 nights; but the disregard I received was disappointing.
