Summary:

Welcome to this charming 1-bedroom downstairs suite, located in a classic duplex that offers both historic appeal and modern convenience. Innately Charleston, this suite puts you right in the heart of town, just one block from King Street’s top restaurants and shops, yet tucked into a quiet, tree-lined street.



The Space:

Queen Air Mattress + Additional Bedding (Available upon request)



Open living room and kitchen area. Dining space is made available as well.



Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

This unit was perfect for a friend and me on our overnight stay in Charleston the location was great for shopping and eating on King Street. Unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything about renting this property was very easy. Communication with the host was quick and helpful! The neighborhood is great and very walkable, but we did appreciate having an off street parking spot. The apartment is clean and spacious with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. It was close to Hwy 17 to drive to surrounding sites, and walkable to the historic sites in town. I originally thought we would be able to park both our cars there, but even though it seemed like there was room, we were instructed to park one car in a local garage.

Street noise was very loud at times but that is any city. Beds need new mattresses they are broken down and too soft. Mini Spit HVAC inside units need new bearings due to squealing that caused us to increase tv volume 10 points.

Communication with property manager was excellent. When we asked a question there was a very quick response. Bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a good nights sleep. A mile from everything! Charming house, great parking, fun neighborhood. So many shops and restaurants right there. We stayed close our last night and went right next door for dinner at Bistronomy. Highly recommend.
