Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein kurzer Weg zum Einkauf. Zum Strand ebenfalls. Die Promenade ist toll.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Allerdings ist alles in allem schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar besteht aus zusammen gewürfeltem Zeug. Passt alles nicht so recht zusammen. Die Alu-Jalousien sind nicht mehr richtig befestigt, so dass einige rumhängen und keine Spannung mehr haben. Ganz schlimm: im Badezimmer ist ein Gebilde aus Kabeln und ein Zähler ( für irgendwas) einfach auf dem Boden deponiert. Eine Stolperfalle! Für Kinder ganz gefährlich. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist verstopft. Die Deckenbeleuchtung der Küche funktioniert nicht. Insgesamt hätte es etwas weniger staubig sein können bei unserer Ankunft. Die Fenster brauchen auch dringend eine Reinigung. Wenn alles in Ordnung Betracht wird, kann man es hier gut aushalten.

Die Wohnung war vollkommen ok. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Ein Stern ziehen wir ab, da der Boden nicht sauber war.

Defektes Schlafsofa

Das Schlafsofa war eine Zumutung, da defekt. Dieses Problem ist der Besitzerin laut Touristen Info bekannt, aber sie findet immer wieder einen Grund, warum sie kein neues anschafft. Also die Unterkunft ist nur für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind geeignet. Lieblos eingerichtet.

Geräumiges und solide ausgestattetes, sauberes Appartment

Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen (2 Kinder, 2 Erw.) auf jeden Fall groß genug und ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider bieten die Vermieter einen relativ geringen Service (Bettzeug, Hand- und Geschirrtücher komplett selber mitbringen, kein Spüli vorhanden, 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für 4 Pers. für 2 Tage).
