This 62 m² two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of Building D. It is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Park your car in the outdoor parking space assigned to the apartment. You can reach your apartment by lift or stairs.

Relax on the sofa in the cosy living room while watching a good film. The sofa sleeps two people. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a dining area and an open, well-equipped kitchenette. There’s also a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a bedroom with a double box-spring bed.

The furnished sun terrace, with a side view of the sea (partially obstructed), features two sun loungers that invite you to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The beach is just a few steps away from your holiday rental!
The apartment features a dedicated fiber-optic connection with download speeds of up to 300 Mbits/s, which also makes remote work possible.

In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
