In this residential area a short drive from downtown, experience the beauty of Topsail Island's Surf City beaches! This welcoming abode with an open style top level great room allows Atlantic Ocean views for miles while also providing a modern kitchen, living area for family movie night and conversation, 4 restful retreat bedrooms, and a two level oceanfront deck with an enclosed outside shower! Books, DVDs, Games, and Puzzles as well as Disney Channel for the kiddos or children at heart add to the appeal inside while the provided various beach toys make heading down to the seaside even more fun!

Notice: Please be advised that a beach renourishment project will be underway in Surf City, NC, starting December 1, 2024, and is expected to conclude in May 2025. During this project you may see and hear heavy machinery, dredging, and activity in the area.

Loved the Dolphins

My family and I loved this place. Right away we had dolphins outside our window. Place was all as advertised and a great getaway home. View was amazing.

The location, home, support from the property manager, and sounds of the ocean was fabulous. We will stay again. Plus we saw dolphins every day!!!!
