The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

BEDROOM 3 IS ENCLOSED DEN AREA WITH POCKET DOORS FOR PRIVACY.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great for Families!

Great location! The condo was very clean and organized. There was plenty to did on location with being steps from the beach and having multiple pools to choose from (our two year old loved the kiddie pool) the arcade and play game were also nice. Great place for families with multiple options on locations

overall it was a nice place but upgrades are needed in 218

It was a nice week and spending time with family was key. I know most people don't cook on vacation but we do at least some of the meals. The stove top was less than ideal with only two burners working properly. The cleaning services was ok. The rooms were overall clean although we found a dirty dish under the dresser, candy wrappers in the closet and the coffee pot( which we decided not to use) was dirty. The bathrooms have been updated and look very nice (probably the best in our bunch) but the shower light in the primary bedroom bathroom was out and so it was like showering in a cave. The kitchen could seriously use updating, rooms 219 and 12 12 have much nicer kitchens and larger. I found it hard to believe we all paid the same rate and our primary living space was not as nice.
