We have stayed at Sea Watch many times in the past but never in this particular unit. I will preface all of this by saying that communication with the realtor was very easy and responded quickly to our many needs. Upon arrival at the unit we discovered that the place had never been cleaned. Sheets were on beds and towels were left but floors were filthy and carpets not vacuumed. General filth ( dust ) was everywhere!The pictures on the site were very deceiving…. A gross orange carpet was on the living room floor… no bedspread on master bed…. Only a see thru plastic shower curtain in the 2 nd bathroom. Realtor reimbursed us for the swiffer that we purchased to clean floor. They sent cleaning person the next day to vacuum etc.We had to call to have a plumber come because tub was backing up…. Smoke detector issues …. Microwave outlet fried and had no microwave for 2 days…. Dirty washcloths left in shower …. Thoroughly disgusted with the neglect in this unit! Needless to say we will never be back again!

Great vacation !

First time visiting OC. And probably not the last :) The unit was very convenient. We were 6. The check in process was easy, and the team was always there if you need something, via sms. Everything worked properly while we were here :) and the building maintenance team did a good job to keep it clean. (Pool, entrance, lawn…) A lot of restaurant around, and the building is not noisy at night if you want to stay in and rest. We had a very nice family vacation !

We love staying at Sea Watch! The building and amenities are great for our family. This unit had many updated features (like beautiful granite counters) and the rooms worked great for our family of 5 who stayed there. We utilized the games and movies provided when the weather wasn't good and enjoyed the views from the balcony. There were some things that were broken that need repair but they didn't impact our stay much (counter stool, toaster oven, balcony door handle, fans, vacuum). The carpets could also use an update (or cleaning) as well as some rusted bathroom fixtures. The unit was well stocked with dining and kitchen equipment and it was nice to have easy access to the laundry room.

The building was nice but the condo was dirty ,the rug was unclean and shower curtain was mold and mildewed .for what we paid for two days was horrible and one of the outdoor handles broke when opening .702 sea watch

Trip

We had a lovely time on vacation. We didn’t spend too much time actually in the apartment. The apartment was pretty clean but needs a few updates. For how much it cost the walls were badly nicked up and carpets were dirty. Also some of the tvs don’t work. But everything else was great.

Not what it seems !

Condo was older and not very clean. Toilet and other things broken and not working. Took us two and a half days to get the toilet fixed. Unit is a lot smaller then it appears in the pictures. Property is in a good spot and up kept well just disappointed with the unit itself. Stores and restaurants located very close and convenient. Location great unit we were very unhappy with. Have stayed in much nicer units at a much lower cost.

Week at the beach

The condo is in a great location...Sea watch is the best condo community in ocean city. The condo was very nice, but showed the wear and tear of the numerous families who passed through. This is to be expected. What was NOT to be expected, however, was the lack of refrigeration in the unit. the condo had no functioning refrigerator but did have two sub par at best mini fridges. Obviously, management knew about this, but we were never told and brought in hundreds of dollars worth of food into the non functioning fridge. Not a great way to start a vacation. However, once I reached out to the management company, they were very responsive in bringing in an additional mini fridge in an attempt to rectify the situation.

Unit 702 Sea Watch Condo

We were very happy with the cleanliness of unit 702 when we arrived. Happy with the linen package also. However we were surprised by the $50 per car cash only fee upon arrival.

Fantastic Find!

Great place in a great location. The building offers lots of amenities, is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. There was ample parking, and amazing views from the balcony. Highly recommend this gem!
