We are a working couple with pets and kids.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is low crime and family-friendly.
What makes this property unique
It is under 2 years old. It was built from the ground up, so everything is new. This is a quiet residential community. No parties and no smoking/vaping. The neighborhood is very walkable. The bus stop is across the street and has access to the metro rail (BART). Parking is easy. Our unit is the first floor with no steps. It is ideal for seniors with no stairs inside or out. The patio is perfect for beautiful California weather. A table, umbrella, and chairs are on the patio, surrounded by trees for some privacy. The front garden is always in bloom for renters. The entryway is private to the renters. The check-in is keyless entry. Most of the time, you never interact with the residents living in the adjacent home. Maybe a 'hello' wave on occasion. The next-door residents are warm and friendly. Everyone respects your privacy. The only reason there would be intervention is for issues like smoking, parties, or loud noise levels. This rarely happens!
