My wife and I spent 3 nights there. The Host, Linda was very accessible and friendly. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and the country environment was peaceful and quiet, with a nice view of the surrounding farmland. Highly recommend.

Quiet and simple getaway

Overall, I enjoyed my stay! It’s a very simple, no frills property in the country so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The place is small, but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The AC worked great in the Texas heat which is a huge plus! Linda was a super kind and friendly host. Very easy to get in touch with. This may not be the property for everyone, but it worked out great for us!

The only thing I would suggest is raising the lights a bit higher. My husband is 6’3 and he continually hit his head lol.

Great Peaceful getaway

The Cozy Cottage was off the beaten path but well worth it. It’s remote and quiet and very peaceful. We will certainly recommend to our friends. Oh yea, it’s about 40 min from the casino. Lol
