Loved the place - location, tiny home, horses, kitty’s, mini-donkeys and the tortoise - we walked some of the property and drove the rest - we only stayed one night but would like to come back and spend more time
This is a charming home in a beautiful and tranquil setting. The home was stocked with great amenities, and the host was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed watching the horses and interacting with the giant tortoise!
Beautiful ranch, Homie house amazing guest services, wonderful hostess!! 20 minutes from the casino, a great place to wake up in the morning and have a cuppa coffee!
Melanie was lovely and her property is beautiful. Horses are well kept and happy. The overnight is super cute and clean. Definitely worth trying out!!!
Came to visit friends to have peace and some much needed de-stressing. Best 3 nights of sleep I've had in a long time. Quiet and peaceful with the horses coming all the way up to the porch to say hello.
This cute little cabin was cozy and clean. There 3 are sleeping areas: a counch that folds out into a king size bed and two loft areas. It has a nice size shower. The property is well maintained, spacious, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is a sitting area close to the cabin with two Adirondack chairs and a small table. We sat there for breakfast and dinner, watching the horses. There is also a pergola and a pinic table. The night sky was amazing. The second night we could hear an owl. There are many different colors of horses on the property, and they walk up to the cabin. Two donkeys roam with the horses. They also have a flock of sheep. There are 2 very friendly kitties. One will greet you at your door and sit in your lap. The property is easy to navigate. Our host was very responsive with communication. This property is close enough to Gainsville to have security if there was an emergency you could get help, but far enough away that you can't hear other people.
The property owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Great riding instructor, my son was galloping around the property feeling confident within 30min, the total ride time 1.5hr @ a reasonable price.
The tiny house was tinier than I expected, but very clean inside, and stocked with all necessities for a comfortable stay. I did expect the house to be a little secluded in the woods, but it all worked out. Being surrounded by all the horses, watching them graze & "Horse-Around" (LOL) was AWSOME. You could hear them romping around the property making their horse noises was AWSOME. We will definitely stay again if we book any more trips to Oklahoma. Thanks for the hospitality.
