Bison Suite - relax in your private hot tub and explore the Ranch!

Take in ranch life from Bison Suite at Oak Meadow Ranch, with its southwestern decor, plush furniture in front of the fireplace, private hot-tub for your comfort, and patio overlooking our wildlife, it's the perfect spot to unwind from the daily chaos of life!


Important Notes:
•  Lodging Only: This booking includes the cabin stay only. Dining experiences and animal tours are not included and must be booked separately at an additional cost.
•  Restaurant Hours: The Whitehorse Steakhouse is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays.
•  Cancellation Policy: Strict, nonrefundable, and no date adjustments once a reservation is made.
Amenities Included with Your Stay:
•  Full access to the ranch
•  Large picnic area with campfires and yard games
•  Walking trails and prayer garden
•  Pond for viewing emus and ducks
•  “Finding Bigfoot” activity
•  Pickleball court and basketball hoop

Animal Interaction Guidelines:
•  Guests may walk around and observe animals.
•  Feed approved animals with a $10 feed bucket (available for purchase).
•  Safety Rules:
    •  Do not pass under the “Take a Walk on the Wild Side” sign without a wildlife guide.
    •  No entering open gates, doors, or areas marked “Employees Only.”
    •  No touching animals unless part of a guided experience (USDA regulation).

We had the most amazing time! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and Kristin, the owner, truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Alicia, who we booked with, and Hannah, our guide, were absolutely phenomenal and made sure every detail was taken care of. You can truly see the care and love they put into the animals, and the attention to detail for guests did not go unnoticed.The dinners were incredible—we did the five-course meals on both Friday and Saturday and were blown away. We tried things we never thought we’d like and were pleasantly proven wrong. The cabin was beautiful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We can’t wait to come back!Fosters

The owners purchased the property in the early 2000s with a vision but waited until 2013 to begin developing, carefully planning every detail to ensure the land, the animals, and the guest experience were aligned with their mission. After years of thoughtful preparation, Oak Meadow Ranch opened to the public in 2017, offering a place where people could escape the city, reconnect with nature, and discover unforgettable encounters with wildlife in a setting unlike any other.
