Gîte located on the 1st floor of a house including a second gîte on the ground floor. Well-equipped duplex mountain apartment including : A beautiful living room with a sofa bed (140x200) for 2 people and an open kitchen. A large bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds (90x190). Shower room with WC. A south-facing balcony will allow you to enjoy the sun of the Alpes d'Azur. Charges included, tourist tax extra. Cleaning/request package. New gîte located 1.5 km after the village towards Valberg station. House comprising 2 Gîtes (n°2158 and 2159), ideal for rental to 2 families on the 2 gîtes. You can enjoy all the mountain leisure activities in summer and winter with the Beuil/Les Launes/Valberg ski area, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park. Duplex located in the Beuil/Launes ski area, connected to the Valberg Mercantour resort
