Our farmhouse is located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, 10 minutes from the sea: Arradon, Baden, Auray and the pier for the Ile aux moines. But also 20 minutes from the beaches of Carnac and the centre of Vannes.
The house has just been completely renovated (2024) and can accommodate 10 travellers in 5 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms, and a sauna on a total surface area of 200m2.
Located in a quiet area, it is an ideal place to spend a moment of rest with family or friends with the 5000 m2 wooded park.
Our farmhouse keeps its character with its stones by adding a contemporary touch. It has a living room of more than 50 m² ideal for convivial moments with family or friends.
The ground floor provides access to a sauna with a relaxation area through a large entrance hall offering a table football, a wardrobe, a toilet and a laundry room.
The ground floor is accessed by a wide staircase leading to a large bright room where you can leave the choice to any relaxation activity.
On the part adjoining this room you can enjoy two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom in each of them with a shower and the second a bathtub with a sink in each. The two bedrooms are equipped with 140*200 beds as well as two storage cupboards.
At the top of the stairs you will access through a large corridor with three bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink. The corridor provides access to two bedrooms with a double bed of 140*200 and leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed and offering the possibility of being able to work if necessary or to put a cot.
Other remarks
All rooms have a light point and the sleeping rooms all have blackout blinds.
The bedding is new and of high quality, equipped with duvets and pillows. Sheets and towels are provided.

Equipped with fibre optics, the accommodation can also accommodate a teleworking activity. Please let us know.

A bean-to-bean coffee machine is available, which will allow you to choose espresso or long, as well as a traditional kettle.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster and raclette set.
A large wooden terrace at the foot of olive and palm trees allows you to spend convivial moments around the barbecue without any vis-à-vis.

The location is ideal to enjoy access to the motorway in less than 10 minutes which allows you to choose your destination to the gulf 10 minutes away, Vannes centre 15 minutes away, the port of Saint Goustan d'Auray 15 minutes away, but also 30 minutes from Sarzeau and Damgan, 20 minutes from Carnac, the entrance to the bay of Quiberon and 30 minutes from the surfing beaches of the bay of Erdeven. You can also discover the Baden golf course (15 mns).
