This quiet accommodation, close to the picturesque beach of Tréno on foot, offers a relaxing stay and sports activities for the whole family.
The newly renovated house is located in the "Monteno" district of the municipality of Arzon.
In the geographical enclave of the Morbihan golf course and the Atlantic Ocean, the place is ideal for multiplying the many trips at sea and in the pretty hamlets that the peninsula offers.

The accommodation:
The exteriors of the house have been designed to welcome you comfortably with a pretty terrace and garden of about 300 m2, very well exposed, since you can enjoy the sun throughout the day with west, south and east exposures.
The terrace on the west gable houses a table and 10 chairs and the south-facing terrace houses a comfortable garden furniture.
The garden is totally fenced.
The ground floor is composed of an entrance opening onto a large living room, with open fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a separate toilet and a master suite with en-suite bathroom.
5 bedrooms in total including 1 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. 4/5 bedrooms have double beds 160x200cms and 1 with 2 single beds 90x200 cms. 1 master suite upstairs with its en-suite bathroom. A 3rd bathroom and separate toilet complete this level.

There are 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites with their own bathroom, 2 others of good size with double beds and a last one with 2 beds 90x200 cms (perhaps more suitable for 2 children).
The adult bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 cms bed and cupboards with good storage capacity.
It should also be noted that one of the master suites is on the ground floor.
1 bathroom upstairs common to the other 3 bedrooms and a toilet on each level.
Linen and end-of-stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen area).

Equipment: oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, television, tourist tax included in the rental price.
The cost of providing household linen (bed linen, towels, kitchen linen) and laundry is €200/stay (included in the total price) and the cleaning fee is €120/stay.

BB equipment kit rental (high chair, cot, bath): 25€.

An ideal base for a holiday on the Rhuys peninsula, you can discover the Morbihan golf course from the very popular Port-Navalo district. The pier to the golf islands is a few minutes away by bike and many shops are in the immediate vicinity. The Rhuys peninsula between the ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan offers many activities. You can appreciate its landscapes by walking along its many coastal paths, by bike, via a large network of cycle paths, or by embarking for the islands of the Gulf and the Atlantic.
Hiking, kayaking, jet skiing, diving, golf and many other activities can satisfy your desires in terms of sport and adventure. Its superb beaches are ideal for swimming. Shops, boutiques, biscuit shops, bars and restaurants offer many local products.

Stop at the Arzon thalassotherapy for a treatment, or come and discover the cultural heritage of the Rhuys peninsula.
Between woods and marshes, visit the medieval castle of Suscinio in Sarzeau or stop in the shade of the walls of the cloister of the abbey of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, located 200m from the sea.
