Summer house with a large heated pool in the heart of the Loire Valley

In the town of Veigné, 5 minutes by car from the Périphérique de Tours, ideally located to visit the castles and cellars of the Loire Valley, we have been renting out our cottage "Le havre Vindinien" since August 2025. We will be happy to welcome you to this warm house opening onto a vast landscaped garden (4,000 m2) with a large swimming pool heated from June to September (and depending on the weather), a Pool house and its summer kitchen as well as private parking.

You will appreciate its quality facilities and its very privileged geographical location to visit the Loire Valley, Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Not suitable for festive events.

Note: the discount is 15% for stays of 10 nights or more instead of 10%.

The house:
We offer this family home for rent, in a quiet residential area, to which we are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented as part of festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

The house has 4 bedrooms for 7 people.

It is composed of:

On the ground floor:
- Entrance with wardrobe,
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV,
- New equipped kitchen: induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machines (filter and Senseo), kettle, toaster, basic necessities,
- Bright dining room,
- Bathroom (shower, bath) with WC,
- 1 bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200) and fan.

On the ground floor you will find:
- 1 mezzanine with sofas and play area,
- 1 bedroom: 2 beds (90 x 190) (can be pushed together on request) and fan,
- 1 bedroom: 1 bed (140 x 190) and fan,
- 1 bedroom: 1 bed (90 x 190) and fan,
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet,
Note: good quality bedding

In the basement:
- Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron),
- Fitted garage with its Ping-Pong table.

Outside:
- Swimming pool 13.5x5.5m with alarms, outdoor summer shower,
- Pool house consisting of:
* Courtyard of 30 m2 with a table for 8 people,
* Fully equipped outdoor kitchen and pantry (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher, oven),
* 2 changing cabins,
* 1 WC.
- Large garden with trees – children's swing – badminton court and hammock :)
- Outdoor parking for 2 cars,

The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Some rooms and furniture are private. All the rooms described above are accessible. The private parts are:
* Outside: garden shed
* Pool house: Technical room of the swimming pool, the closed room adjoining the changing rooms
* House: upstairs: Normandy wardrobe, in the basement: workshop (at the back of the garage) and storage room (which opens onto the laundry room)
The TENANT/VISITOR undertakes not to access these private parts. Some private parts are under electronic surveillance. In the event of detection of intrusion or attempted break-in one or more private portions, the HOTE/LESSOR will be entitled:
* To intervene or to have its representative intervene immediately
* To withhold all or part of the security deposit

Important information:
- Due to the size and nature of the garden and the presence of a swimming pool with a great depth, the rental of the property is strongly discouraged to groups or families including children under 8 years old.

- SWIMMING POOL
* Personal safety: Minor children must be under the constant and active supervision of a responsible adult. Under no circumstances should they access the pool alone.
* Safety devices: The pool is equipped with a security alarm system. It is imperative not to deactivate this device, except in the case of immediate use of the pool. TENANTS/VISITORS undertake to reactivate the alarm after each use and to respect the instructions for use described in the Welcome Booklet and which are recalled on the inside door of the changing cabin
* Respect the instructions for use of the pool described in the Welcome Booklet and in particular on the use of the summer cover and the summer shower
* Do not put water back on and do not try to empty the pool. In the event of a water level that is too low or any anomaly or incident, contact the person indicated in the Welcome Booklet.
* Behaviour and use: The following are strictly forbidden: diving, noisy games, throwing objects into the water, running on travertine beaches and terraces (especially if they are wet because there is a risk of slips and major falls) as well as the presence of glass containers in or around the pool or the consumption of food or drinks in the pool.
* Restricted access: The pool is reserved only for the people mentioned in the rental contract. Any external invitation must be subject to the prior agreement of the owner.
* Liability: The owner declines all responsibility in the event of accident, injury or damage resulting from use that does not comply with this article or the internal rules. The use of the swimming pool is under the full responsibility of the TENANTS/VISITORS.

- EXTERIORS:
* The use of the gantry and its apparatus is reserved for people under 60 KG.
* It is strictly forbidden to open the covers of manholes or sumps. Risks of falling.

INTERVENTION OF EXTERNAL PERSONS.
The TENANT/VISITOR may not object:
* To the visit of the premises (in particular for reasons of safety and maintenance of the premises), when the owner or his representative requests it during his stay.
* If necessary, to the intervention of the gardener once per stay according to a day and a time slot that will be indicated to him 72 hours before the intervention.
* If necessary, the intervention of the pool builder once per stay according to a day and a time slot that will be indicated to him 72 hours before the intervention.
* The intervention of a third party (repairer, craftsmen, replacement or repair of equipment) following the request of the TENANT/VISITOR or in the event of force majeure (water leak etc,...)
Note: if you wish to avoid an intervention on a given slot, please call the contact indicated in the welcome booklet.

- VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: the front façade of the house and the fence at the back of the land are under video surveillance in order to prevent any unauthorised entry into the property. Notes:
* The public space is not filmed.
* No cameras indoors and in the leisure area extending between the Pool house and the main house and including the pool area.
* Any deterioration or deactivation/disconnection of the cameras will be subject to a deduction of €200 per camera from the security deposit

VALIDATION OF THE RESERVATION:
- The reservation will be validated under the following conditions:
* signature of the rental contract and the house rules by the TENANT/VISITOR (the extract of the house rules is provided in the House Rules section)
* the security deposit of €2,500 must be made
* In case of non-payment of the security deposit, the reservation will be deemed cancelled by the visitor/tenant and the keys to the cottage will not be handed over.
* a certificate of holiday insurance/holiday rental must be provided

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The price includes sheets and beds made on arrival, towels and cleaning on departure. Pool towels are not provided.
A small supermarket, hygiene and cleaning products are available to start your stay.

The reception and handing over of the keys is by predetermined appointment, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.

The property is intended to receive families and is not suitable for parties with friends: fragile decoration and very quiet residential area.
