What a great vacation and this unit made it even better by having everything we needed for beach, pool, anything we wanted to do! Communication and onsite management was streamlined and worry free!

Nihi Kai Condo Complex
Overall, great location and nice complex. Biggest complaint is that sofa bed was worthless. We needed 3 bedrooms and were planning for the sofa bed to be one but the management sent a text day-of telling us it was broken. We arrived Friday evening of a 3 day weekend 24 hour help line said they'd send someone on Tues but we never heard from them.
The pool has what looks like a hot tub but it isn't any warmer than the pool. It works well as a kiddie pool. This wasn't an issue for us but just a heads-up if you're looking for a hot tub.
We enjoyed the BBQ grill and the close proximity to Poipu Beach. Seeing the Monk Seals and Hawaiian Green Turtles was awesome.
