L’appartement en rez de chaussée avec jardin est plutôt confortable comme espace il est accompagné d’un petit studio de 30m2.L’appartement n’est pas assez soigné (plan de travail collant, porte du lave vaisselle HS et bcp de petits détails dévalorisant le bien.Dommage car l’hôte est très sympathique

Bonjour, merci pour votre avis. Je suis désolée pour le plan de travail : malheureusement, le vernis s’est dégradé avec les fortes chaleurs, ainsi que pour la porte du lave-vaisselle qui doit effectivement être réparée. De mon côté, j’ai également été assez déçue de l’état dans lequel j’ai retrouvé la maison après votre départ : sols très sales, poubelles non vidées, réfrigérateur taché avec une forte odeur et barbecue laissé pas nettoyé . C’est dommage, car je vous avais trouvés très sympathiques.

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a répondu à toutes nos questions, a été toujours disponible et nous a fait un très bon accueil. La maison est très agréable, grande, lumineuse, avec toutes les commodités. Le jardin très exotique avec une belle végétation. Nous étions proches du centre ville et des plages à 1,5 kms. Quartier très bien desservi avec les bus. Expérience réussie.
