No hot water for 2 days. No cross ventilation, lack of windows that open. Tight bedroom. Not very comfortable living room. Dirty entryway. Nice surrounding community. Gated community, but no good instructions on how to get through. Price was very affordable, but due to other issues we will not stay there again.

There was hot water but it takes a few minutes. I already changed the water heater. The apartment you stayed in is a former hotel. I have a powerful ceiling fan and a 1800 BTU MINISPLIT that's a A/C & a heater and a fan. The apartment is twice is large as a standard hotel room because it was expanded. I suppose a tall person with unfair diatribes would have their quibbles. Thankfully the majority of guests have reasonable expectations. Very few hotel rooms have adjustable windows & the bedroom is not too small for 95% of the population. I created that bedroom to give parents privacy. If I put a California King in the bedroom it would be claustrophobic but a queen has been no issue for 5 years, except for you.

Gary was a great host. Since I was driving in from out of state before my family he called to see when I was arriving so he could meet up with me and help me with my luggage. Gary made sure to help me when he saw me. The area is beautiful and peacefu. Everything he says he has he does. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub. I did use the laundry facilities, and they worked great. Everything was just like he said they would be. My pug never relaxes at new places and he was totally relaxed.

Second floor apt. owner lives next door and is very helpful but not intrusive. Offered to restock anything or help carry luggage. One reserved parking spot, very safe area with security to enter community. Lots of hiking trails, pickle ball and tennis courts, pools. Owner was great with my dogs. Free washer and dryer available on first floor. Beautiful area with dog park and golf course.
