Stay in Venice our Modern Steps from the Lake with Dock!

Perfect Modern Lake Front Retreat (pets allowed) is within walking distance to all Alton Bay has to offer. This condo unit is perfect for a getaway at the lake and sleeps 4 comfortably.

Utilize your dedicated boat dock for your entire stay.

We offer kayak and canoes during the spring and summer months.

Bedroom: 1 Queen size Bed

Living Room: Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2)

This unit features a kitchenette that includes a microwave, hot plates, full size fridge/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils.
Air conditioning and Heating, bluetooth stereo, and a white noise machine in the bedroom.

PET POLICY:
We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), and weight of your pet(s).

-Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.

-All guests will be charged a one-time flat fee of $40.00 per pet per day or a flat $200 fee for weekly stays.

-Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s).

-All pets must be in crates if left unattended, and cannot cause any disturbance, to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced .

-Pet(s) cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours. They cannot be tied up outside unattended, and must be on a leash when outside.

FISHING
No fishing directly off docks. We like to provide a haven for our fish friends around our docks and don’t want tackle lost on our sandy bottom.
Ice Fishing: We have direct access to the frozen lake utilizing the stairs to the beach, please use caution

Fire Pits: are located across the street at the Cabins at Vacanza, and are seasonal.

Gunstock skiing and tubing is 7 minutes away
Ice fishing, fishing derbies, and the winter carnival are just steps away.

Steve was wonderful. Venice is clean and ADORABLE! Had everything we needed for 3 days. Parking right at the door. Perfect location right on the waterfront. Got to see the eagle 2 times. Couldn't be happier with my choice

perfect lake stay

This was a great little place on the lake with a cute dock to hang out on. Stayed with our 8 year old daughter - plenty of room for all of us and well appointed with everything we needed.

Great stay

We had a great time. The house was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. Right on the water with a dock which made it super convenient since we brought our boat. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
