We recently purchased this beautiful 9th floor direct ocean front condominium at the Brigadune and are excited to share our home with you so you can fall in love with the Shore Drive area as we have.
The Brigadune Oceanfront Condominium Complex is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. This fantastic condominium high rise offers an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), picnic area, gas BBQ grills, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security, beautifully landscaped grounds and on-site parking.
Our spacious condominium is quiet and is decorated in a combination of whimsical beach meets luxury condo. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 8. This remodeled unit has ample furnishings for a large family or group of travelers. The kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counters. The bedrooms have new bedding and pillowtop and memory foam mattress tops. Sheets, bath towels and other linens are provided with an extra charge. Cleaning is an extra charge as well. You will need to bring your own beach towels and chairs.
This is the perfect home to enjoy and create wonderful beach memories!

Summer rentals are a Saturday to Saturday rental. Winter monthly rates available upon inquiry.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our stay was great for the week of Thanksgiving. Our host was attentive to our questions and very accommodating by letting us into the unit as soon as it was ready. This condo has all things you need in the kitchen and bath with a terrific ocean view and ideal location. We are returning customers and will be back again!

Weekend getaway

This condo is a wonderful place to stay with a larger group. Plenty of room. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with everything you need to be able to prepare food in-house. We will definitely be staying here again.

My family loves this place and will definitely stay here again. The condo is very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished with a large balcony and great view of the ocean. Anne is the best! She is easy to communicate with and does a great job making it an overall wonderful experience.

First time at the beach for the kids, surely not last!

Great accommodation, the unit is actually really big! The balcony is huge. Unit was clean and has anything you may need.. and if you are linking for something, the owner Anne is available, kind et always there to answer any questions you may have! Great place I will recommend!!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo directly on the beach. The condo was clean, spacious, and we loved the huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Communication with Anne was great. We will be back!

Excellent stay

We’ve stayed at Brigadune many times and will continue to do so. The building and location are exceptional and perfect for a family looking to visit a tourist location then relax and sleep at night like you’re at home. This unit having 3 bedrooms was absolutely perfect and slept 3 adults and a 10yr old wonderfully. Kitchen was fully equipped and Anne was amazing to communicate with. Once checked in we didn’t even need to though, as the condo had everything we could’ve looked for. Absolutely will stay here again!!

We loved your condo. We've stayed at Brigadune alot but this condo was the nicest we've been to. Loved all the extras and so clean and well decorated. It's was so nice Ann came and met us. We are very excited to visit this lovely condo again next time.

Beautiful getaway

This was the perfect destination to get away for a few days! My favorite part of the trip was the location. It is absolutely stunning each morning to wake up and be able to look right out into the ocean. This is by far the cleanest condo I have stayed in. I felt safe and comfortable while staying there and Anne was a pleasure and easy to work with. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to my friends and family!

Perfect Getaway

This condo was perfect! It is fully equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach. The checking in process was smooth and we were given the opportunity to check in earlier than expected. My family was very comfortable with great access to the beach and a secured entry after dark. Anne was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Weekend vacation

We stayed from Friday to Monday for a sort weekend vacation. The whole property including the unit was very clean. The owner of the unit actually stopped by to check on us but we were out at the time. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I stayed here last week (6 adults and a 1 year old). The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and the views from the balcony were amazing!! If we weren’t on the beach, we were on that balcony. Anne was so great to work with. Location is great. We have been staying on shore drive for over 10 years, but this was our absolute favorite condo we’ve ever stayed in. We already booked at this property for next year!

Loved our trip!

My wife grew up going to Myrtle Beach (Brigadune condos and other surrounding condos) each summer with her parents / grandparents. This was my first stay in that area and our group of 4 absolutely loved this condo! The check in process was a breeze and Anne messaged with us to ensure everything was going well during our stay. The condo was extremely clean and pictures were accurate. It’s hard to beat the ocean view on the large balcony as well. 5 stars!

We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for years and were lucky enough to move to the area in 2020. We fell in love with the Shore Drive area and The Brigadune. Our dream came true when we were able to purchase our unit for our family vacations and to use as a rental. We hope you make great family memories during your stay as well.

Why they chose this property

The Shore Drive area is one of the most popular places in Myrtle Beach. It is located between Main Myrtle and North Myrtle, on a dead-end street geared for families to be safe and able to enjoy the ocean in a less crowded atmosphere than downtown. The beach is beautiful and perfect for walks, jogging, and searching for the perfect shell. The area has its own ice cream shop, sub shop, beach bar and gift shop within walking distance, nestled in its own little community. The Apache Pier is in walking distance and provides great fishing. Once you stay in this area, you won't want to go anywhere else!

What makes this property unique

The Brigadune is gorgeously decorated, plenty of parking, with 24-hour security to keep your family safe and secure. Their units are one of the most popular places to stay on Shore Drive, due to the gorgeous views and quality of the property. Our unit has all you will need to enjoy your stay but your food and personal items. We provide all linens, in unit washer and dryer, wireless internet and TVs in every single room. There is more than adequate closet space and room for a large family to enjoy each other but have privacy as well.
