"THE ULTIMATE BRIGADUNE PENTHOUSE" PHC Newly Remodeled

Recently purchased and remodeled 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, Brigadune Oceanfront Penthouse., (PHC). Fantastic North and South ocean views. All new high end Appliances, new furniture, new beds and on and on. Flat screen LED TV's all feature the Golf Channel and Spectrum Sports View Package and Entertainment View Package.. Private Wi-Fi. You can go to our website at BrigaduneCondominiumRentals.com for more information. Unlike most all other condo rentals, we have purchased our own high end linens and towels thus no disappointing surprises you get from renting with the big rental agencies.

For your Maximum Convenience we have installed Wi-Fi Electronic Locks, thus no more having to stop, pickup or drop off keys. You will be given your own private code to come and go without ever carrying a key. The Penthouse is also located on a private secure floor that only Penthouse owners and guests can access with a private code. The Brigadune building is also very secure with a lobby entry code needed after 10pm. There are Hair Dryers in each bathroom and alarm clocks in every bedroom.

Linens and departure cleaning fees will apply.

WE ENCOURAGE long term SNOW BIRD RENTALS from November thru March. You can email me direct at tlstclair@yahoo.com for special pricing. We do rent direct if you would like to avoid the VRBO/ HomeAway Service Fees. The months of Jan, Feb, Mar, are only rented by a 90 day rental period.

CANCELLATION POLICY
a) A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than the Non-Refundable $100 Administrative Fee.
b) Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

If you have a large group, we also own Penthouse D immediately next door. Both Penthouses sleep a maximum of 10 people.

Loved this property!!

We absolutely loved this property!! Our only complaint would be that one of the two elevators continuously tore up and was out of commission each day. That became extremely annoying as it happened each day of the week we were there. Other than that everything was wonderful with the actual penthouse suite.

A bit average for the price

We did enjoy ourselves on this trip but I would have to say there were a few issues considering the price and the rental of a penthouse. The carpet in one of the master bedrooms had an overwhelming smell of dog pee, the carpets and bedding were stained in all rooms, the refrigerator ice machine and water dispenser were broken, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was just average. For the price, the bathrooms are very outdated and furnishings really need to be updated. We were a bit disappointed when we first walked in, but focused more on family and beach time. Won’t be renting again, unfortunately.

Perfect for a family gathering

The owner of this condo was extremely efficient. We received a packet with all the information that we needed for our stay within a short amount of time. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 which included 4 generations. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The living room furniture is relatively new and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and plenty big enough for our crew! It is also worth mentioning that the bedroom with 1 double bed (small bedroom) does not have a closet or a big dresser. This was not a big deal for us because our daughter just used one of our closets in the master. The pool was perfect and we had it all to ourselves on most days. The beach is just steps away and there is a fun inlet to explore just a short walk away. There are also some little shops within walking distance for a bite to eat or maybe some beach toys. There is a grocery store a short drive away for all your snack and meal needs. There are plenty of dining options all within a short drive including the many restaurants at Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer family vacation at the Myrtle Beach

Me and my kids took a much needed vacation and wanted to stay on the beach. We chose the PHC at the Brigadune from the pictures and description but the property far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious for me and my three kids as well as my brother, his wife and their two kids. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and made the visit very easy for managing meals and snacks. The pool and location to the beach were perfect and the view from the patio balcony was stunning. We will absolutely be back and I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a very quiet comfortable stay at the beach.

Fantastic property! Spectacular views!

The check-in process was quick and hassle free. The property is gorgeous and well kept. All new appliances, comfy beds, and a huge tv for the family to watch in the evenings after coming in from the beach! A private bar for the adult drinks! The view is breath taking! You are literally over looking the beach! Coffee on the balcony in the mornings was my favorite. The beach is not as busy and crowded as most so it was perfect! If I had any issues or questions, Terry was always quick to respond. The oceanfront pool was very nice as well. We had a great stay!

excellent location right on the beach, close to all amenities, walking distance to Ocean Annies beach bar, very clean with some recent upgrades including a 75 inch flat screen and new appliances, loads of cookware and comfortable bedding. An excellent condo in an excellent location made for an EXCELLENT !!!!!! vacation.
