After two years, we have gotten to meet such amazing people!!! Going into our 3rd year, we are so excited to share OUR HAPPY PLACE with you!!! If you know The Brigadune, you know it’s an amazing place! If you’ve never stayed here, we know it will soon become your happy place too!!! Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves on our spacious ocean front balcony! Walk right onto the beach, with no dunes to cross and get your toes in the sand or enjoy the view from our oceanfront pool! Come inside and relax in our 1300 sq ft condo with all new furnishings and decor to make you feel right at home. You’ll have all you need in our fully stocked kitchen…but who wants to cook when you have so many restaurants to chose from only minutes away. Oh and did I mention the shopping? So you can fill your vacation with lots of fun and lots of relaxation.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our family has been vacationing in Myrtle Beach and the Brigadune for over 10 years and knew this was where we wanted to own our home away from home. Ray and I are excited to be able to share our beach dream with you and your family. Ray and I and our two children have made so many memories here and know that you will too.

Why they chose this property

Step onto the beach right outside your doors with no dunes to cross or enjoy the view of the beach while sitting at the ocean-front pool. The Brigadune is on a no outlet road that limits traffic and provides a peaceful beach experience. But if you want some excitement, your condo is just minutes away from a host of attractions including Broadway at the Beach with Grand Prix raceway, endless shopping at Barefoot Landing, the Tanger Outlets or the multitude of consignment shops. Eat to your heart's content with a myriad of restaurant options to accommodate any appetite just minutes away.
