This newly remodeled home offers 3 Bedrooms which includes a Bunk Room for the kids, 2 baths plus an outdoor shower, an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, tons of parking and so much more. This neighborhood will remind you of the classic "Old Florida Charm" that's so hard to find today. Book today to make the memories you'll cherish tomorrow!

Unique Property Features:
~ PRIVATE beach access. Guests & Owners of small neighborhood are the only people who will be on your beach.
~ Open space around home. There is a private neighborhood park extending from the front yard and a pond extending from the back yard.
~ Large shaded outdoor space. The gulf breeze blows through this shaded space making it a great place to spend time.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

The house and location were perfect! The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is about a 5 minute walk to a private beach that was not crowded. The provided beach chairs were perfect for the location and could be worn as a backpack with storage pockets for our things. Our kids loved the pool and the putting green. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful retreat

We loved our stay this week. The property was beautiful, great views with a short walk to beach, no shoes required. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, boards, etc. Enjoyed relaxing, cooking/grilling and evening beach strolls.

Perfect spot for our family vacation

The house was wonderful! It was perfect for our family and our stay. We have always stayed in condos and after this vacation we may never stay anywhere but a house! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The walk to the beach was really short. House was clean and decorated very well. Will definitely try to book this house again on future trips!

This house is absolutely perfect- beautiful and charming, so comfortable and spacious. Outdoor space is abundant, the deck, under the house as well as a little green park right out the front door. Neighborhood is small and quiet and the beach is right there. My family did not want to leave!!

Beautiful home, fantastic location. Private beach access was worth everything. Having our own pool was the cherry on top. Fantastic Home, Great Location!

We spent a week at this home over Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The house was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. It was just a short walk to the private beach for the community. There were many restaurants and shops close by, while Destin is only a 20 minute drive away. Our favorite feature by far was the pool and hot tub! They were both phenomenal! Communicating with the host was a breeze. They were extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a Florida panhandle vacation!

Annual Fall Beach Trip

Everything was as described in ads except the heat for the pool was not yet available. Very clean and free of clutter. It was nice to have a few extra things that most rentals do not provide, like extra trash bags, a condiment cabinet stocked with basic products. And lots of beach/pool toys and chairs to use.

Great Vacation

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous pool with easy access to the private beach without having to cross a street to get there. The location is great because you are near shopping and restaurants, yet you feel miles away from it all once you pull into the small neighborhood. The front porch and the patio area under the house were a favorite of ours. Beautiful view of the ocean and the small park from the porch, and a beautiful view of the pool from the downstairs patio. The house is also beautifully decorated with lots of extra touches. Also, easy communication with Donna was excellent and appreciated. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Property, had everything

The house is exactly as pictured. The beds & pillows were COMFY, plenty of space for everyone and all activities. The kitchen is one of the best vacay kitchens I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot!): spices, bowls, pans, utensils, etc were amazing. Plenty of towels (beach & bath), laundry space is great too. The private beach is SUPERB - large crowds everywhere except on this little patch of paradise. Pool wasn't quite ready to use for us but it looks wonderful. If you're on the fence about this property... GO FOR IT.
