6 Bed Tropical Pool Home - Huge Pool, Jacuzzi, Ping Pong, Pool Table, Foosball, Biggest Yard

My wife and I own many vacation rentals in the area. 6 Bedroom, 7 Bedroom homes. Right across from the beach with amazing amenities. Out of all the homes this one is by far my personal favorite. This yard is the best yard of any of the homes in the area. Only two blocks to the beach, it has a huge pool, jacuzzi, grass area, outdoor patio, and everything you need. It is an amazing luxury paradise. Also it is the largest single story home in the area and that works out great because our child is special needs and sometimes grandparents visit who love the single story feature.

Also just recently in 2023 the following was installed:

-A brand new outdoor gazebo with outdoor kitchen and barbeque and bar area to seat up to 8 people in the backyard with an all weather outdoor television.
-New pavers in the backyard with a new fire pit, pool basketball court and outdoor ping pong table
-Brand new luxury outdoor polywood all weather outdoor furniture
-An indoor movie theater with 110 inch screen in the living room area. It will come down from the ceiling through a retractable screen and has 7.1 all channel surround sound.
-A brand new all weather outdoor pool table to go along with the all weather ping pong table and foosball table.

Enjoy playing ping pong, pool or foosball outside, hopping in the hot tub, or swimming in the huge heated swimming pool. Most pools in the area are less than half the size of this one! They are like Vegas sitting pools. This is a full size swimming pool for all the family or families to enjoy.

The house is a perfect blend of luxury and beachey feel. It has six bedrooms and four baths and an awesome kitchen and living room area. Three separate screen doors lead out to the backyard.

There are five separate queen and king bedrooms and one bunk bed room with four full beds. It sleeps 18 comfortably. We get a lot of questions about layout of the home so here it is:

1) On one side of the home are two queen bedrooms who both share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
2) In the front of the house there is a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower.
3) On the other side of the home is a king master with ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and a separate shower.
4) In the other area of the home are two bedrooms, a bunk room that has two queen bunks (which is four queen beds), and a queen bedroom. These two bedrooms have a jack and jill bath with a tub/shower combo. These two bedrooms are good for teenagers, kids, or a family that will have kids in one room and adults in the other. There is a separate entrance to this room in the front of the house also.

You should see the review book for this house! Everyone, and I mean everyone, who comes here always raves about the yard and loves the tranquility and size and beauty of the backyard. This house is absolutely amazing.

Pool heating available upon request for $50 per day.

Pack and play and high chair available upon request.

HIGH SEASON REFUND POLICY: If you wish to cancel we will attempt the dates and will refund you what we book it for. With enough lead time we should be able to rebook for 100% of what you paid. VRBO does not enough more than a 60 day window of time for cancellations and within 60 days we may not be able to rebook the exact same timeframe for your reservation. If you need to cancel please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can rebook the time period. Guests often book a year in advance with many guests that is why a short refund policy that vrbo has just doesn't work.

COVID POLICY: Should the house be unavailable due to a government imposed shutdown, you would get a 100% refund.

DAMAGE PROTECTION: There is a $59 fee included in your reservation that covers you up to $1500 in accidental damages.

**GOLF CART: We have a fleet of discounted golf carts for our homes. We bought them because rental companies were charging $165/day. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability.

**Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking. Pet fee is $150 per stay.

**Travel Insurance for weather is not recommended during June-October season because if there is an evacuation that is the only time they would refund you but if there is an evacuation I would refund you anyway.
