This property is a bit older but well maintained and in a great location! Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and bars. The beach is beautiful! Would stay here again.

This property has stunning views that can’t be beat! We enjoyed our stay at the property and the owners were responsive and accommodating.

Location is nice, good views, access. Rooms are fine, and it was reasonably clean. The kitchen lacks any decent equipment, i would not cook there. It's probably good for spring breakers, young people, but not so great for families.

Great spot in the middle of it all

The property was well kept and location was perfect for our family. All the conveniences were below us or walking distance. Never used the car except to go to Publix. The pool (that resembled a splash pad) was perfect for our 2 yr old. The condo was the right amount of square footage. Not too big not too small

Beautiful place matches online photos and great location to listen to nightly musician right out front. The master bath jets are broken and spray everywhere as well as rated lower on cleanliness due to seeing a large cockroach. Also did not have beach access for any of the house/town center entrances, was only able to gain access via one entrance up the road to the right by the giant life chair, ended up getting stuck on the beach because you’re not able to exit either through the gates by the houses/town center and had to walk all the way back to original entrance.

HOLIDAY VISIT

Enjoyed out stay at Village of South Walton. The unit was well supplied and the location was good. I do have one complaint...while I do understand this issue is a minor one and I could have done it myself if I had what was needed; I had to request light bulbs to be added to the secondary bathroom on three different occasions before it actually was done. Property management told me on each request that they would get with facilities, and they finally showed after the third request which was 4 days into our trip.

Great location!

This was an excellent location, especially for having 3 younger kids. Easy to walk to the beach or ride the tram, multiple restaurants and shops right below the condo, easy to bike or walk to alys beach shops and restaurants or to the center of rosemary square. Our only complaint was there was a smoke odor that was somewhat masked by cleaning smell when we arrived, we're assuming the people before us must have smoked on the patio with the doors open. We kept the patio doors open and the fans going and a few days later it was much better. Other complaint was we tried to cook dinner one night and the over handle wasn't connected on the right hand side so we had a hard time trying to get the oven opened and closed. I did let the owner know and he responded quickly that he would get it looked at and taken care of once we were out! Would definitely stay here again.
