We rent our house in La Richardais for 10 people.
The construction has just been completed!

300 metres from the Rance, 300 metres from the town centre, 5 km from Dinard (10 minutes by car), 4 km from Mihinic sur Rance.

A house of about 140m2 awaits 🤗 you .
On the ground floor:
- 2 main rooms equipped with a table for 4 people, a table for 6 people, a pellet stove, a mixed stove, 2 sofas.
- WC.

The kitchen is shared between the 2 parts.

Private garden.

1st part
Upstairs:
- a double bedroom
- a mezzanine with 2 single beds
- a bathroom with shower

2nd part:
- A bedroom with a 140x200 bed on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a bed 160x200
- A second bedroom with a bed of 160x200

The floor of the house is entirely made of waxed concrete on the ground floor as well as upstairs.

🧺 Optional cleaning: 150€ (Be careful, we are talking about the cleaning option in terms of hygiene - but each of our tenants is responsible for tidying up as they found it on arrival. Also, and for a question of respect for the teams, the toilets must be clean, a respect for oneself and for others.
Rental of sheets and duvet cover: 200€ per week
Deposit required: 2000€
