We absolutely love the area and hope to host you on your next vacation. We just added a member to our family in October of 2024 with our first born, Ollie Allread.

We love our condo because it is centrally located with the beach less than 3 miles away and the pool about 20 steps from our back porch. It’s centrally located, but also offers rare privacy in Bonita with the gated community aspect. This property is perfect for anyone who wants the ability to go out to restaurants and attractions but also come home to a quiet and relaxing gated community inside of a nature preserve.

What makes this property unique

3 mounted SMART TV’s, brand new furniture throughout, gated community, gated pool, keyless entry, 1st floor unit, ice maker & water dispenser, full pantry, Keurig & Mr. Coffee maker with cups, fans in virtually every room, laundry, king sleep number mattress, towels, Tommy bahama beach chairs, leather couches in living area, wireless internet, adjustable Honeywell thermostat, and much more!
