The host was top notch. Very helpful and quick in all responses. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The dock was useful but pretty shallow for our small ski boat. We did use the wet skip successfully though. Very quit neighborhood which made our time very peaceful.

The location was great. It is on the water and only 15 minutes from HEB. The house was very nice & clean. Hosts were very responsive to questions.The only drawback was that we did not want to swim offshore due to very murky/mossy water (the kids only got in a few times).

Great place for families

The place was very clean and offered lots of space with a large kitchen to get together with family. The views were exceptional. We will definitely rent this location again.

This was a great property for our family of 13 gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone. To start off, the property was exactly what was mentioned on the listing. It was clean, and stocked with the kitchen and bathroom essentials. We cooked at the house every day of our stay and had everything we needed to do so. The beds were super comfortable and there were extra linens available. The views of the lake from any room were incredible and serene. We would have coffee in the mornings in the spacious back patio or on the dock. The kids enjoyed the lake and the kayaks that were available and would hold foosball tournaments in the evenings. We did have to communicate with the host several times and they would always respond promptly. This was a truly enjoyable property!

Loved this property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It provided a perfect balance of comfort and relaxation. The lake views from all rooms in the house was so nice and the multiple outdoor areas to sit or play were perfect. We left knowing we will be back.

Granite Shoals

Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to Kingsland and Marble Falls. Great dock and access to lake. Will definitely book again in the spring/summer. The amenities on site was entertaining for the kids and our furry family loved the yard.

Beautiful wide open lake views with no water traffic made sitting on boat dock very relaxing. The house itself is very spacious with shuffleboard and foosball tables upstairs along with large TV and minibar. We fished right from the backyard boat dock daily and utilized the outdoor firepit and grill. There was also a large outdoor television with multiple apps available for streaming. Overall, had a very pleasant experience and will definitely return.

Deep Cove Getaway was a perfect spot for our multi-generational group. We had more than enough space for the 8 of us to spend time together and also to spread out in our own space. We enjoyed the kayaks, shuffleboard, foosball and other games on site. The minimal number of steps was great for our mobility limited members. We found the kitchen very well stocked with appliances and equipment and a bonus small fridge for beverages was much appreciated. We found the pictures and descriptions accurate to the listing. Great place!

This is the ONE!

We couldn't ask for more. From check-in to check-out, everything was fabulous. It was fully stocked with anything needed. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean and stocked. Plenty of fun things to do in such a beautiful area. We really had no issues whatsoever. Management company was very attentive and super easy to deal with.

Beautiful House on the Water.

The house is great. Our group consisted of 4 married couples. There was more than enough room for our relatively large group. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need. The fenced backyard was great as well. The boat dock is large and in great shape. I highly recommend this house for anyone including large groups.

Fourth of July family vacation

The home was beautiful, the kitchen was stocked completely, everything was clean, organized and very comfortable. The yard leading to the dock and Lake is small but perfect. There were even lake toys for us to use. Paddle boards, floats and outdoor cooking. The dock was also very nice and we were able to swim and float. There was a boat available to rent but we did not do that. The property manager checked in with us a few times by text message. We had a great weekend and would return if available.

Great guy retreat

I can't express enough how epic our guys' weekend was at this luxury house on Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a fantastic time. The house itself was the ultimate bachelor pad. It offered all the space we needed to unwind and enjoy ourselves. The stylish decor and spacious rooms made it the perfect setting for our group. Plus, the outdoor patios provided plenty of spots for us to kick back, enjoy some cold ones, and take in the breathtaking views of the lake. What a blast it was to have access to the water right off the dock! Swimming, fishing, and just soaking up the sun on the lake made for some unforgettable moments. And let's not forget the thrill of bringing our own boats and jet skis to ride the waves - we were living our best lives! The staff was super chill, ensuring everything was in top-notch condition and making sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. All in all, if you're planning a guys' weekend, this luxury house on Lake LBJ is an absolute winner. The perfect combination of luxury, activities, and beautiful surroundings makes it the ideal destination to bond with your bros and create memories that will be the stuff of legends. We're already planning our next adventure here!
