Sandy Feet has a private pool (heated for a fee) and a spacious driveway with plenty of parking for your vehicles & boat. All bedrooms have their own Flat Screen TV, and Yes, there is FREE Wi-Fi!
On the main floor upstairs, you have a spacious updated kitchen & dining area that opens to the living room with beach views and access to the covered porch. Four of the bedrooms are on this main floor and each have their own bathroom nearby. The two king bedrooms on the main floor both face the Gulf and have direct access to the covered porch. A queen-size blow-up mattress accounts for 2 of the sleep count and can be placed in the living room, master king bedroom or downstairs area.
The ground floor apartment features a private, separate living space with a Queen bed, living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, private 1/2 bathroom, and a kitchenette with bonus full-size refrigerator! The downstairs apartment is the perfect spot for night owls, teens, and anyone who wants quick access to the carport, pool or game room.
The ground floor living space conveniently opens to the covered carport where you will find an enclosed game room with Foosball table, & 2 arcade games: Marvel vs Capcom & PAC-man 12-in1. Just outside of the game room sits the STIGA advantage professional table tennis. .
Under the carport you will also find an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fish cleaning station with running water, and a picnic bench along with additional chair seating. The private, heated pool is fenced in and has both lounge & chair seating. Small, park style charcoal grill located next to the pool fence.
Multiple seating on the porch to enjoy breakfast or a book by the sea. The wide front steps and manicured yard with palms and beach views makes for great photo ops for your family memories.

not enough towels, dirty rags left in washer, kitchen trash can was crushed and broken on one side, front door was a nightmare to deal with.host was quick to respond, kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable.with a few small repairs and a better cleaning crew, this would be a 5 star across the board place.
We loved the house and the location was very convenient to everything. The small delay on settling in was made right immediately and the house was clean with all the supplies we needed. The manager even brought us a delicious cheese cake the next day, then we were sent a message to go pick up a golf cart for our stay. very nice people to work with. We will be renting this lovely vacation home again.

We have rented six other houses on the islandover the last several,years for our family of adult children and grandchildren. This was the best one yet! Location can’t be beat! So close to beach, excellent view of beach and close to restaraunts. Very large living space. Beautifully remodeled bathrooms. Comfortable bedrooms, pool, and lower floor apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive. Everything was superb! Would definitely rent here again!

Property was as advertised and had plenty of room for our group of 17 with two infants. Easy access to beach with public access walkway directly across the street. Property management was very responsive when we had a minor AC issue. Would reccommend this property for an easy, stress free vacation!

This house is an amazing location on SGI. It suited our needs perfectly. Nice big great room with plenty of seating and nice open kitchen. Each room had its own in suite newly renovated bathroom. The only complaints we had was that the front door was hard to open and there were nails sticking up on the front stairs. Other than that, we loved this house!
Sandy Feet was the perfect beach house for 12 of us (7 adults, 5 teens) to spend the week. The newly updated bathrooms are beautiful, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked and suited for my brother the chef who cooked breakfast and dinner for the whole crew each day. Beach view from the front porch, and the beach access is right across the quiet street. Shops and sweet treats are within easy walking distance. Jerry was a responsive host for any issues we had- great communication.

The house has a good layout for a large group. The wifi isnt the best and it does need some maintenance work on some of the doors but the owner is very good at responding to text or calls and is so freindly that the down sides arent really a big concern. I will definitely be returning again.
Me and six of my friends, family and my two dogs came to this beautiful home for my 50th birthday. It was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised how much bigger the house was than I was expecting. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The view was beautiful. Extremely close to town. We walked to the blue parrot one afternoon on the beach. Communication was quick. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The house was convenient to town & the beach. The property needs lots of maintenance - the front door, the deck, the hot tube - only 2 jets actually work and has weeds around the pool deck. The property manager did respond very quickly when I had a concern.
We had a great time. Four different families staying together. The host was very responsive! Some minor issues, but all resolved quickly. Nothing to make the trip bad. A very short walk to the beach and to the park/ice cream shop. Pool was great. BBQ worked well. Dryer needs some repair, but that didn’t impact our trip at all. We would book again!

Loved the location of this property. Just steps from the beach and near restaurants, grocery and the SGI lighthouse. The property was perfect for our large family of 8 adults and 3 kids. The recent interior renovation was well done and the bathrooms and kitchen on the upper floor are beautiful. The downstairs apartment is totally separate from the main floor and was great for a couple but only has a half bath on this level. The outside decking and pool area could use some TLC but it did not affect our stay. The kids loved the video game room! Overall a great vacation and would return again.

The house is very nice but needs a few touch ups. Jet pool does not work, hair all over the shower (cleaning folks didnt clean very well). Toilet paper looked loke it sat in water and then dried. Rings on the toilet paper. Door locks should be changed, it was a struggle for a bit. Too many old remotes around the house and bonus room. The remote to the bonus room did not operate the tv. Other than that a very nice house. I would stay again when some of those items were upgraded. The owner did communicate propmptly and well. I appre iated that.

The location of the home is great. The interior was spacious and fit our multi generational family. The kitchen was well appointed. The bedroom/ bathrooms were updated and well sized.However, I will not rent or recommend due to maintenance issues.The decks are deteriorating and in poor condition. Loose railings, protruding nails, cracked stair treads. Generally, very poor condition. The dryer vent is obviously plugged solid and nothing would dry. We found numerous cockroaches throughout the house. The condition of the pool area and equipment was barely operational. It is a shame the owners don’t seem to be interested in maintaining this property. Our family will return to SGI, just not this property.
We really enjoyed our stay on St George Island! We had plenty of space for all 14 in our family to spread out, even on a rainy day when outdoor activities weren't an option. The game room was especially enjoyed by the younger family members on that day!
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were high quality. We slept so well, even the kids said they loved the comfy beds!
The pool is beautiful, and in the summer months I'm sure it would be the place to be, but November weather kept us indoors mostly.
The kitchen is very well-stocked, better than most short term rentals I would say.
Two things that kept me from a 5 star rating: the house was not as clean as I would hope for. (There was trash and dust in the corners of the bathrooms, and also on the lamps and furniture in some of the bedrooms. Some of the dishes had to washed before being used.)
Also, the kitchen table chairs were rickety. We set two or three aside that we were sure would break if anyone sat on them. I mentioned it to the owner, so hopefully that will be remedied soon.
Overall, very cozy and comfortable house, with lots of good food within walking distance, not to mention the stunning beach just across the street. We had fun!

It was okay.
The location and space for our family was perfect. However the property needs a lot of work. Nails were sticking out of the stairs and decks. No water pressure in showers, some bathrooms didn’t have any hot water, coffee pot didn’t work, hot tub wasn’t hot.the pool needs work as it’s very dated. Wi-Fi worked for an hour then would go out and would for for a few minutes and then go out, we just stopped trying. Games in game room stopped working. As far as cleanliness, there was trash under our beds, trash and sticking stuck to the bathtub and walls around the bathtub. The kitchen was covered in some sort of film on the counters and all appliances, the front deck was scattered all around.the bunkbeds looked like someone just rolled out of them so we decided to not use those. We ended up getting cleaning supplies and cleaning ourselves once we arrived. We fixed the front patio so we could use it. The location was perfect and the owner was extremely nice but would definitely need some help before we stayed again unfortunately.

We don’t have it advertised as a hot tub or set up That way. It all only works when the entire pool is heated. And we did let you know that and made that an option available to you We could’ve taken care of any of your issues right away as we are on the island and you know how responsive we were. We inspected the property and found it to be clean the day you arrived. We also know that it rained pretty much your entire stay unfortunately which would make your trip less enjoyable. The game room is just a matter of flipping the switch on the wall. Someone must’ve turned it off. We could’ve turned it on for you in two seconds, we were not aware of the coffee maker, not working we could’ve had you a new one in a matter of minutes, but we did inspect it and it was working. The comforters on the bunkbeds are very thick, and they are new. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay check back with us in the future, we are going to be completely replacing the front and rear deck in January and as you could see everything upstairs was new. we will be happy to give you a discount for any future stay.

You are located 1st tier- across from the beach, next to a beach path, and nearby to a public boardwalk. SLEEPS 16! Need we say more? This property has everything you need for a little extra fun. On rainy days or during beach breaks you can take advantage of the arcade games, ping pong table, foosball table, paddleboard, & kayak. If you are a fisherman or fisher-woman, you have space to bring your boat, your equipment and have plenty of room for cold drinks while you clean your fish under the shaded carport. No worries with sand in the house with the outdoor shower. The downstairs apartment is a dream for those who like to stay up late, or those who need a little extra privacy. Let the kids (or adults!) have fun downstairs in the game room, while keeping the upstairs area tranquil & quiet. The extra fridge provided is quite nice when you have groceries for 16. If you want to fill the fridge with all your cold drinks- that's okay with us too!
