Love the location of this place! Close to NAS Pensacola and even closer to downtown Pensacola which has several places to eat and enjoy! House was clean and it was easy to communicate when we needed something. One thing to keep in mind is this house is definitely not new, it is nearing almost 100 years old so will have some of those old house quirks. Well stocked kitchen! Would stay again!

Super Cute Bungalow

From curbside appeal to the incredible interior, this bungalow is perfect. Professionally painted, Hugh walkin shower (very weak water pressure) and a well designed kitchen makes this house a home away from home! Will definitely stay here again.

Great little house

This was a great house. It was close to everything we needed, easy to navigate to and from. The house had all the conveniences we could have wanted. We very much enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning for coffee. It is an older home that has been remodeled in a lovely way, but the layout remains that of an older home. I would happily stay here again & recommend it to others!

It is an adorable bungalow!

House was as advertised, close to where we wanted to be in Pensacola. Beds were comfortable, plenty of storage for our suitcases and clothing, and space felt open and airy for such a little house . Communication with owner was great, quick to respond with our requests and we were satisfied with his help. Reason for the 1 star on cleanliness was the oven still had pieces of food in it, and in the bathroom we found an old contact on the floor.(ie not cleaned well) Rest of house was clean and neat, so not really a bother, just surprised. Could use a light above the door to see the lock but liked the outside motion detector lights. Overall I would recommend this bungalow and would stay there again.
