-Pets Fee is $75 per pet, We love animals, but no dogs on beds or furniture. Sorry, no cats allowed. Please clean up after your pets. TWO DOG MAXIMUM
-Registered Guests, The reservation is for the guests listed on the reservation only.
-Children, Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. The house is not childproof, so please be aware of stairs, electrical outlets, balcony, etc.
-Smoking, No smoking inside, including vapes or pens. If evidence of smoking indoors is found you will incur a fee of $200.

Being originally from East hill,I knew what to expect from the area.The host was very helpful and made the check in and the check out process seamless.We found the property to be as shown.The home was very clean and well appointed.The master bedroom bedding and mattress were clean and very comfortable.The kitchen had most things a home cook would find adequate.the grill was almost new and we had plans for plenty of grilling but mother nature had different plans,the yard was a little small for larger pets but our little guy found it to be just right.overall we really enjoyed our stay and will return again if avaliable.We Love East hill.

Perfect for up to 4, although you are sharing one bathroom. That’s not a knock on the place, just an FYI. It’s a great setup, open space with an updated, bright, clean feel. You are on a main thoroughfare (though not noisy at all) that gives you quick access to anything you would want to see. Definitely recommend, except the dates we want to come back. :)
