The bay park is a great place to picnic and enjoy the views and bay breeze. East Hill neighborhood is a quaint and quiet area, where many families and seniors have lived for generations. Nice house and great location!

Everything as described in the description is on point. For our family of 3, the house was great. Lots of room, beds were comfortable. Only one bathroom, but no biggie. Location is great as you are close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Don’t hesitate to stay here if planning a journey to Pensacola!

Located in a historic and friendly neighborhood. Close to neighborhood parks, small and large, tennis courts, bayou, beaches, downtown shopping, museums, spas and unique restaurants. Original hardwood floors, plaster walls and ceiling. No pets allowed.
