Main House - 3 Story 5 Bed/ 3 Bath - Wolfeboro

The Main House - Stand Alone Home Newly renovated! (Open Year Round). This three story home features 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. First Floor: 1 Bedroom and full bath with Queen Sized Bed, Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms with full bath. Master has a King Bed with electric fireplace, 2nd bedroom has Queen, and 3rd room has 2 Queens, Third Floor: 1 Large open Bedroom and game room with 5 single beds, four chairs convertible to twin (suitable for children), and a full bath. The home sleeps 15 adults or a total of 19 people comfortably. There is a Roku smart television in the living room, master bedroom and 1st floor Queen bedroom, and we provide free high speed WIFI throughout the property.

The Main house includes private decks and a private courtyard complete with a gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and a chiminea. In the common area courtyards we feature: family friendly outdoor games like corn hole, tetherball, 2 fire pits, Adirondack chairs, a hammock, multiple flower gardens, an arch, a pagoda, and two gas grills. We offer beach passes, free kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles for guests to use in common during your stay. We can even transport them! Ask your host for details! There are walking trails behind the property and the Wolfeboro town docks are just two blocks up on Main Street from the property.

The home is within walking distance to all of the Main St, Wolfeboro attractions including restaurants, shops, breweries, beaches, the town docks, public parks etc. In the summer the community offers multiple free events including an outdoor concert series.

We do not have an office so you will proceed directly to the Main House entrance when you arrive.

Perfect Lowkey Bachelorette Weekend

Everything about this property was fantastic! It is easy to get to the beach, walkable to town and restaurants, and a beautiful house and property with plenty of space for sleeping as well as hanging out together. The on-site property manager was so helpful and responsive as well! I hope to return!

Great location - big house!

Stayed in the Main House for our hockey tournament and it was perfect! The top floor was great for the teens while enough bedrooms for the parents. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Melissa was great to work with! Highly recommend!

Fabulous Family Fourth of July!

What a wonderful place for our family to spend time together over the 4th of July! We cooked, grilled, toasted marshmallows and made s’mores, kayaked, went swimming at the nearby beaches, played card games at the house. It was the perfect place for all of us to enjoy time with one another. Thank you for providing a home away from home for our family!

Great place to stay with your family and friends

We stayed here for three nights and we enjoyed living here. This house has everything you need such as plates, cups, spoons and all other utensils. The best part of sleeping here was the bed sheet and linens very high quality, bath towels were very nice and enough for a larger group. Our kids enjoyed snow tubing 30 minutes drive to king’s ski. The house heating system was great and house was pretty warm during stay.(great winter proof home) Would come back during summer for lake view. Great place

Week in Wolfeboro

We had a group of 4 families staying at the main house for the week, and it couldn’t have been a better set up! There was ample space for everyone, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, the outdoor space was lovely with lots of activities to keep the kids busy & it is in an amazing location. The house has recently been renovated & they are still working through a few kinks, but the caretakers were super responsive, pleasant & helpful with anything that we needed. We loved it and are already planning our trip back next summer!

Great Weekend

I have a group of guys that go ice fishing every year, this year the place we normally stay had been sold off and was no longer available for rent so I went looking for another place that could accommodate our decent size group. This was the place. It had enough beds, close to where we were going to fish, the place was in immaculate shape, nice and cozy, very homey. The management was very responsive and good to work with. I highly recommend this place for anyone that has large or small groups. Great location, town, and nearby great little local places to eat.

We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.

We provide Keurig Duo coffee makers as well as Nespresso machine and coffee pouches to get you started. The kitchen is fully outfitted with KitchenAid mixer, and an air fryer. We also provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: beach passes, kayaks, bicycles, paddle boards, a dedicated gas grill, two gas grills in common, firewood for the firepits, coffee starter packs, linens, paper goods, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries.
