Golf trip

Excellent. The accommodation's are great for a large group. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. Extra large kitchen and two large tables to seat a group. There is plenty of parking available. The owner of the property is excellent to deal with and takes care of everything you might need right away. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very good, clean and spacious

We had approximately 22 guests and were easily accommodated in the house. It was spotlessly clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, with most of the amenities within 20mins drive. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and there was ample space on the first floor for group activities and games.

Great space for a large group of people. Perfect if you want a large home base with space for fun.Only downsides:- No central AC meant only two AC units on the first floor; got quite hot sometimes. Bedrooms were fine.- Furniture outside could use cleaning / refreshing- Backyard needs overall weeding / cleanup- Pool vacuum was on and off all weekend

We hear you on the cooling setup with only two A/C units on the first floor, and we'll discuss whether we can add more units or other cooling options. We'll also address the outdoor furniture with our local team, and thanks for letting us know about the backyard needing weeding and cleanup.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and easily sleeps 25 people. Everything was very comfortable and our host was extremely nice. Since no one had booked the place after us, they let us have a flexible check out time. Listing pictures are all accurate. 10/10 would stay here again. Only criticism is that the dishes were not very clean when we arrived.

Family Friendly

We enjoyed this property very much. Lots of living and sleeping space. Great for extended family gatherings. Every one enjoyed the pool table. Gunstock skiing and Laconia restaurants & shopping are close by. The owner is friendly, accessible and helpful.

The house was perfectly decorated for the holidays. It is beautiful and spacious with lots of room for a large group, allowing everyone to spend time in the same area or separate, if someone needed a break. Though the house needs a number of upgrades (bathrooms, kitchen stove, broken furniture, etc) we would still highly recommend!

Even we had bathtub handle problem, the property owner was very helpful and polite. He answered questions even at night and holiday. Living room was huge space for kids play. Location was quiet which made our vacation enjoyable.

Stayed with 12 adults and 4 infants for New Years. Great stay! House is huge with so much space to spread out. Nicely decorated for the holidays. We loved the fireplace. It did snow while we were there and the driveway was not plowed, so just be aware if you are driving a smaller car. We did not have any issues. Thanks for a great stay!

House was exactly what we needed for a large group. Open concept worked out well and plenty of sleeping options. There was some construction going on in the detached garage with some supplies and dumpster in driveway, but otherwise as advertised. Owner was responsive and would book again.

Great for bachelor party

Plenty of beds and driving distance to some lake towns. The one large room on the top floor has 7 beds which some people might be turned off about but it worked great for us. Beds were all very comfortable. Owner was friendly during check in

Excellent weekend away with a group

This house was such a find. It sleeps so many adults comfortably. There is so much space and comfortable couches. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and platters, etc. Check in and check out were really easy. It was the best house we could have asked for.

Had a great time staying at this house in Belmont. The kitchen has a great layout to have people bustling about, and the living room with the pool table and TV was a great way to kick back. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed. I would come again!
