This property has been kept in mint condition. It has a beautiful back porch facing the south. This gives enjoyment for warmer winter and cooler summer lounging. It is fully furnished and ready for snowbirds. Being turnkey means that all the tenant has to do is enjoy the sun and numerous luxurious amenities. Rec Centers and golf courses are available with guest pass fees. Dates available monthly rate of $3,000 now through November 21. December 2-19, January 6-30, all of April and May with Monthly rate of $3,300 and weekly rate of $1,000. $300 cleaning fee added to all reservations. This is a beautiful upscale vacation rental, fully furnished in a master plan community with rec centers and golf courses. It has a beautiful south facing patio which keeps it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
