Pointe Santo is open and B26 is newly renovated, again. Our grounds—and much of Sanibel—are still being reconstructed from Hurricane Ian. Currently available: Beach/chairs/games, pool/hot tub/chairs/umbrellas, grills/tiki huts, tennis/pickle ball courts, bike racks, elevators, many island shops/restaurants. Completed by end of summer: Pool Pavillion (formerly the Club House), landscaping. Yet to come: New Pointe Santo offices/Club House (in the former F Building space), children’s program.
RULES
•Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday
•Max guests: 6
•No smoking in the condo/lanai; no smoking on Pointe Santo property, except in designated areas
•No pets
