This 100 m2 apartment on the first floor of a rehabilitated apartment building located on Garmischer
Mohrenplatz located is in many ways for different stakeholders.

The whole apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi. In the apartment is located to the bath still an extra toilet.
Of course, is also our apartment with a parking space in our private at the house available.

Beautiful Apartment in prime location

Apartment was spacious, clean and well supplied. It had everything thing we needed. Location in pedestrian zone was perfect. The host manager was very helpful and attentive.

Terrific renovated property. Only downsides are no washer/dryer, no blackout curtains, wifi was spotty and the church bells are loud early... other than that, awesome spot

This is a very nicely renovated apartment in a great location right in the pedestrian zone. We appreciated how clean and updated the apartment was, the comfort of the beds and then nice touches such as coffee and tea at the apartment for guests. The one thing we could have done without, which is beyond the owners' control, is the church bells across the platz that chime even during the middle of the night. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. Otherwise, owners were easy to communicate with and the area is lovely.

The apartment was just what we were looking for! Clean, plenty of room for a family of four and Mikial communicated the check in process perfectly. He even helped us out with basic questions we had about skiing. The apartments central location was a big plus.

Great Location in a Charming Area

We stayed in this apartment with our two teens. It was the perfect amount of space for a family of four. All modern comforts available - Wi-Fi, TVs, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Everything was clean upon arrival. We loved the location in a square with restaurants and shops, although those bothered by a little noise may not agree. Personalized check-in and on-site parking for our car. Online listing and pictures are accurate. We truly enjoyed our stay in this town.

Die perfekte Wohnung für einen Familienurlaub zum Jahreswechsel. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für fünf erwachsene Personen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Hervorragende Lage im Ortskern von Garmisch. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Bel appartement très bien situé pour visiter Garmisch et sa région

Appartement très bien équipé dans un bel immeuble d'une rue piétonne de Garmisch. Le quartier est animé mais sans nuisance sonore pour l'appartement. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité, tout se fait à pied. Proche de belles randonnées à faire en montagne, de, jolis villages (Etal, Mittenwald, ...) du château de Bavière de Linderhof, ....

Great Location, accommodations and owner

The property was as adevertised, very spacious. We visited mid-April with our two teenage boys who were able to enjoy their own room with fast wifi. The porch was great to view Zugspitz in the distance and a full service supermarket is a short drive. Richi and his brother were very responsive and gracious. The flat is in the heart of walking district with its own parking space. Italian restaurant below was good as well. We loved the area would certainly stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations.

Super Urlaub mitten in Garmisch

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war wirklich super. Die Beschreibung im Internet traff genau zu und wir waren wirklich überrascht, dass alles so aussieht wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, man ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Auch die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert. Wir konnten die Zeit dort wirklich sehr genießen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
