Apartment Reindl:

Our house is located about 5 km outside of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the Kaltenbrunn district. Despite the not quite central location, they still have no disadvantages.
Hiking trails and cross-country trails start practically on the doorstep, with your car or bus you are quickly in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen
The house is surrounded by meadows, which you can of course also use (lawn, picnic).

Holiday:

Our apartment has a size of about 55m². The equipment in all rooms is high quality and state of the art.
The prices vary between € 60- € 70 depending on the occupancy period and the season. The apartment is on the upper floor and was renovated in mid 2014

Outside you can relax around the house.
A large terrace with seating and garden grill invite you to linger.
Sunbathing lawn either in the garden or in the humpback meadows that surround the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Ferien in den Alpen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was mach braucht, um als Selbstversorger einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die nähere Umgebung ist wunderbar. Es ist ländlich und sehr still, die Berge einfach nur beeindruckend. Man hat die Möglichkeit von hier aus viele wundervolle Orte zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und fürsorglich.Es war rundherum ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub.

Wunderbare Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

Wer nicht gleich im Zentrum von GaPa wohnen will, ist hier genau richtig. Der Bus fährt einen direkt in den Ort, von dort aus kommt man in alle Richtungen.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Zum kochen oder für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück ist in der Küche alles vorhanden.Frau Ludwig ist sehr hielfsbereit, bleibt aber im Hintergrund.Zusammengefasst ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Ich hatte vom 13.-24.07.2024 das Vergnügen, mit meiner Frau ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Ludwig verbringen zu dürfen. Bei der Ankunft vor der vereinbarten Zeit wurden wir freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung war in einem super Zustand. Aufteilung und Ausstattung sind für 2 Gäste ideal, die Wohnung selbst sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Ludwig ist absolut vorbildlich, so wie man es sich wünscht. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Kaltenbrunn ist ruhig, selbst von der B2 hört man so gut wie nichts. In ca 100 m Entfernung liegen Bushaltestellen in Richtung Garmisch und Mittenwald/Wallgau/Herzogstand, die sehr regelmäßig angefahren werden- die Nutzung ist in der Gästekarte, die man bekommt, kostenlos enthalten, so dass auch das Auto meist stehen bleiben kann. Auch das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut. So sehr ich auch darüber nachdenke- ich kann nichts negatives finden. Wir bedanken uns nochmals bei Frau Ludwig für die schöne Zeit. Steffi und Stefan Schohl

Urlaub in traumhafter Kulisse

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit Herz eingerichtet. Himmlische Ruhe mitten im Grünen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequemes Bett, Viel Platz im Kleiderschrank, im Badezimmer könnte eine Ablagefläche nicht schaden.

Traumurlaub

Wir waren sieben Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung an der es an nichts fehlte und die Einrichtung sehr gehoben und modern war.Alles war sehr sauber sodass man vom Boden hätte essen können.Frische Handtücher wurden noch einmal mitte der Woche vor die Tür gestellt. Die Fewo liegt oberhalb einer Hauptverkehrsstraße wovon man allerdings nichts mitbekommt. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr freundlich und man kann sich jederzeit bei ihr melden wenn man etwas braucht. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und sehr schön, zudem kommt man schnell überall hin. Alles genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir können uns nur den anderen Rezensionen anschließen. Ruhige, sehr saubere, gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Können wir auch vorbehaltlos für 3 Personen empfehlen. Schlafcouch war schnell aufgebaut und komfortabel. Kleiner gemütlicher Balkon mit schönem Blick in den Wald und Gästeklo waren schöne Extras. Für die Küche wären noch ein paar Müslischalen, zwei weitere große Kaffeebecher und eine Suppenkelle wünschenswert. Ansonsten war alles super und genauso wie beschrieben! Absolut empfehlenswert! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, die Wohnung ist idyllisch gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man alles in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Fe-Wo in Kaltenberg bei Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Die Wohnung war für uns zu zweit perfekt. Großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und ein separates WC. Die Küche ist voll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Viel Stauraum vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nach Garmisch sind es 7 Kilometer. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Morgensonne. Geschäfte für Lebensmittel sind in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Wandern ist direkt vom Haus auch gut möglich. Sehr nette Vermieterin, wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
