This is a private 1 bed 1 bath condo located in a guard gated community in the heart of Southwest Las Vegas. It is centrally located just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and steps away from the new and upcoming shopping center The Uncommons. It is a walking distance to restaurants, banks, Ikea, grocery stores, and shops. We are a short driving distance to hospitals, Raiders Stadium, T-mobile arena, and convention center.

It furnished with a brand new queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. The
living area features an open floor plan concept with abundant natural light all throughout. It has a comfortable oversized sofa, 55-inch flat screen LED tv hooked up with Roku allowing you to stream local channels on the Sling TV, Netflix, Hulu app and more.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, toaster, and basic essentials you will need when you decide you want to prepare your own home-cooked meals. A private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer is accessible in the unit. Complimentary Wifi is also available.

We are a short walking distance to the clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitnesscenter. You will also have your own assigned covered parking.
