This modern design architect-designed villa with private pool near the beautiful city of Montpellier offers all possible luxury in a chic residential estate ideally located between city, beaches and nature.

The villa is made up as follows:
A very beautiful living room with designer furniture, mood lighting and carefully chosen works of art. The entire villa is equipped with home automation as well as Bose and Sonos sound systems, large flat-screen TVs.

A beautiful modern and bright fully equipped kitchen.

4 luxurious bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms in the villa.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private terraces:

The master bedroom is located on the living room level. The ground floor of the villa is equipped with air conditioning. It has an open bathroom with a beautiful bathtub, (rain) shower, sink and toilet. The bed is very comfortable; double box spring (180×200)

The other 3 bedrooms also all have a double box spring bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom (luxury shower, sink and separate toilet). All rooms located on this level (garden) have a very nice wooden terrace.

Upstairs:
1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and its bathroom, shower
1 master suite opening onto the terrace, TV and bathroom
1 separate toilet
Pool side:
The pool is located on the level of the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. It is beautifully integrated into the wooden terrace. On the terrace you will find luxurious garden furniture and a large table to enjoy your meals al fresco.

The villa offers a beautiful view of the lush and quiet forest in a beautiful garden and has three very large terraces so that you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The entire villa offers an atmosphere of unconstrained luxury and elegant architecture where there is no difference between indoors and outdoors. Through large sliding doors, the interior and exterior merge completely between living room, kitchen and terrace.
