Culdesac Hideaway - Cozy Mid-Term Retreat in Quiet Neighborhood!

Fully renovated and decorated with vibes of St. Augustine's history and Spanish influence, this open concept private home sits on a spacious half-acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes or less from historic downtown St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, and the St. Augustine Outlet Mall. There are TWO king size beds plus a bedroom with two twin size beds and the queen size pullout sofa bed to sleep 8 people comfortably. Grill out or sit around the fire on the back patio and porch.

This renovated home has new life and is ready to welcome guests who want to enjoy our beloved St. Augustine. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you'd need to cook during your stay including a coffee bar stocked with all you'd need to make a coffee or an espresso. The back porch is screened in with a table and chairs for outdoor eating on those beautiful Florida nights and leads to an outdoor patio with a propane grill and gas fire pit. Full-size washing machine and dryer are also available for use.

Cul-de-sac Hideaway is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security reasons. There is a camera at the front door, one facing the driveway, one facing the side yard, and one at both gates accessing the back yard. The cameras will not capture any images of the interior of the house. All cameras are in public view. Tampering with surveillance cameras is strictly prohibited.

I grew up visiting this charming city on school field trips and family vacations, never imagining I’d one day be lucky enough to call it home. In 2021, my husband and I became hosts, and it’s been such a joy to share the beauty and history of America’s oldest city with others.
