This house is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, park, and casino! Want to stay in? Full kitchen, as well as outdoor grill and seating in the garage. Also a foosball table and electronic piano to enjoy. Short walk to the beach- 1 block and you're there! Linens and towels provided at no extra charge.

This was our second time at Sal's place. It was fantastic. The house is still very well kept and it has everything you need to make your stay in Sylvan Beach a great one.In addition to the close proximity to the beach and long time restaurants / attractions, there are several new shops and places to eat all within walking distance. This was especially helpful this year because we had to push Mom in a wheelchair around the area.Highly likely to return here if we decide to do another week in Sylvan Beach.

Sal is great. Extremely responsive. Home offers sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, Some blow up rafts (not sure they work ) an inflator, and a very nice wagon. The garage with the table, and foos ball is a great area for night time games. Refridg has an ice maker. We used 5 cup coffee pot daily. Plenty of dishes and silverware, potato peeler and older knife set. There r scissors there. . May want to bring a crock pot and large mixing bowl. Driveway can fit 4 cars but it is very narrow so once u r parked ur not moving!! Loft area offers an extra bed but unless u all go to bed at the same time u will have disruptive sleep. Apple Tv in main area and Roku TVs in master up and queen bedroom down. There is a traffic light for the busy road where u cross to go to the beach which is great. Super location. Midway is only open thurs -sun with reduced rates on thurs. Would stay here again

Great place and location!

Sal's place was awesome! It is very well kept and he has everything you need to enjoy your time in Sylvan Beach. It is in the center of town and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and the Midway. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying in the area.

We couldn’t have hand picked a better place for our family vacation. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed down to the beach toys and towels. The owner was communicative and check in easy. The lake is steps away, everything fun (restaurants, amusement park, etc) was in walking distance. STL a beach has something going on all summer long, grab a schedule from any establishment. We like this area so much we will return.

Great location and great size home!

We booked this location at the last minute for the 4th of July, and truly loved it! Walking distance to the beach and town, close to the fair and restaurants. Home was clean, modern, and felt like a “home” more than a rental. We will definitely book this home again.

Great Beach Weekend

We were two adults and a handful of teenagers. The beach, amusement park, restaurants were all within walking distance. Cozy and Convenient

The home was so cozy. A great location central to town. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The teenagers were downstairs and the kiddos upstairs with the parents. There were plenty of towels. Absolutely relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

Our house was perfectly set to access not only the beach but all the fun amenities this town had to offer. We walked to pretty much every activity with no issues. The town had a small-town vibe with a police presence to make you feel safe. The volunteer fire department was also around the corner, and you knew with their loud siren! Fantastic stay for a family looking to have a relaxing time with no hustle and bustle to worry about nor large crowds.

Perfect Location

We were looking for somewhere to stay to see the eclipse and this house turned out to be perfect. Sylvan Beach is a great little town and better yet, the restaurants, beach, etc. was all within walking distance of this house. Sal was great about communicating and offered to let us in a few hours before the typical check-in time which was really nice of him. We didn't really cook but the kitchen table was great for puzzles which reminds me that Sal had games and puzzles at the house if you forget your own. We really enjoyed our stay!
